It works!
Best little rebuild kit ever. Didn’t think it was going to work because it didn’t look like the replacement seals that the repair videos I’ve watched had featured. The hard part was removing and installing the “C” clamps. I created a hack around that difficulty. The repair was successful.

Better kits elsewhere
There are no cup rings included which are needed . Also replacement plastic ring for over the seal on the bottom of piston is not included. Poorly Mercedes-Benz instructions.

97sl500 front piston, wrong seal
Bought the kit to rebuild my front hydraulic for top on 97 sl500. The seal for the piston is not an o-ring as provided. Cannoy use to complete the repair.

no cup seals
There are no cup seals in this kit, they are the most important and needed to reseal the pistons, simple O rings do not make it very useful. Looking elsewhere.
