They stay put and do their job. They're very easy to clean and they can handle heat too.

Trimming required. They are shipped curled in half. The t-bar gets bent and causes a bit of a problem for inserting into the gap.Not insurmountable but a bit of a pain.I would order again.....but ask for them to be shipped flat..!

I had a problem with insects coming into my kitchen. I noticed they were always on the stove. I cleaned and disinfected everything and still had insect problems. Finally, I checked the gaps between the counter and stove and saw all kinds of food that fell down there. It was disgusting...spaghetti sauce, cheese, bacon bits, sugar, a butter knife etc. I never bothered to really check the gaps. After cleaning out everything, no more insects. I purchased the counter gap cover so I wont have a problem with stuff going between there. Shipping was fast, and installation was a breeze. I just cut it with scissors so it fits perfectly. I actually tested it by purposely spilling stuff on it. The cover blocked everything. I had no idea this product even existed. I am very happy with this product.

Exactly as advertised. Excellent value. Have used it for 6 months. We are so glad & grateful we don't have gunk & food particles falling through the gap & piling up like it used to before. Wonder why it took us so long to find it - simple idea & product with excellent utility value.- Easy to clean & care for: Glad we researched & went for the non-glossy dull matt look. If you cook daily, rest assured this will get dirty. But, its a breeze to wipe it down with a wet rag or wipe.- Looks: We have a dark electric cooktop & a black granite countertop - the black meshes decently with it. Glossy might have been better looking, but I would trade the utility & easy maintenance any day for the slightly dull look. If the kitchen is a happening place in your home, it will merge right in & I am sure you will stop noticing it. Even if your counters or stovetops are a different color, the utility value will far override any concerns you might imagine about looks. Way better than the metal ones on the market.

I have never seen one of these in the stores but heard about them. I have a large gap (about 1.75 inches) between my stove and counters and this size should barely fit the gap, but it's too limp to stay in place. Also not mentioned is that it is shipped in a box about 13 inches long, meaning the item is folded over and that creates a ripple that is semi permanent. My best guess is this is ideal for gaps of an inch or so, certainly not much more. I don't know if this is normal for silicon gap fillers. Now that I know what one looks like, maybe I'll pull out my metal bender and make one from aluminum

Very soft and flexible. Much too thick. Ridge that should go between counter and stove is very thick and too flexible to stay in place. If anything bumps the part on the counter it just flexes out of the way leaving a gap. They are useless and in the way. Not worth the price and no return instructions.On the positive side, they were received within just a couple of days.

It's a little wider than I expected it to be but I think that's all right. So far it's been really fantastic for our new stove and we've had no problems with it melting or getting in the way and definitely no problems with food getting under or around it. The length was good. I would definitely buy these again. Our stove is a real tight fit between the cabinets, but we still managed to get this squeezed in and it is staying in place with no problems. There is just nothing more disgusting than those crumbs that you get between your stove and the cabinets! When we had our kitchen redone this was the first thing I bought.

I just bought these so haven't had the chance to know how well they will work or if easy to clean. They fit well, I don't like the look of them, but the space was too wide to caulk. They were inexpensive enough to be worth trying. Time will tell.
