Pop Up Toy

I cannot say enough great things about this toy! I got this for my son for Christmas. He was 11 months old at the time. After he opened it, he was so completely fascinated by it that none of the other toys that could light up, sing, and dance interested him at all. At first, he could just barely put the pegs back into the holes. He loved teething on them. They're the perfect size for little hands, not too small, not too big. It took took a few weeks until he could put the pegs back in easily. It took another couple weeks after that until he figured out how to 'pop' them. Of course he thought it was totally hilarious and it was so cute to watch.Now at 14 months, his new thing is trying to put two pegs in at one time, and trying to launch them with his index finger instead of his thumb, which is challenging for him. I'm sure soon he'll be more interested in matching the colors, and then after that, trying to launch them to certain places.I have to hide most of my sons toys for a little while, in a toy rotation, so that I can 'reintroduce' the toys when he loses interest.This pop-up toy I have never put in the toy rotation. It is on the floor for him every morning, and every morning he plays with it. Sometimes it has captured his attention for a minute, sometimes 15 minutes.It's just such a great toy. I'm sure it has improved his coordination and dexterity immensely.This is probably going to be THE toy I buy for every pregnant woman or baby I know. It's cute, it's simple, babies love it, and it doesn't sing annoying songs.The only downside is that, if your baby is like mine, the pegs will get carried all around the house and could easily get lost. But this could, of course, be said about any toy with small parts. So don't let that deter you! This toy is great! My son's favorite, and mine!

Bought as a 1st birthday gift and my daughter loves it (so so I)! She has been putting them in her mouth so I am waiting for the paint to scratch but so far nothing has peeled. Super fun toy and great for hand eye coordination and cause and effect!

Perfect stocking stuffer

The media could not be loaded. We love this toy because it’s solid and feels well made. My daughter plays with it just about every day although she still usually needs my help to make the peg people pop. The toy does lacks diversity however. I would love to see a variation of skin tones to better reflect the people she sees in the world :)

The media could not be loaded. This is a wonderful hand eye coordination toy and totally age appropriate for 1-2 year olds! My daughter hasn’t stopped playing with it! I love that it has a simple task and is developmentally appropriate for her!

Got this for my little one's birthday. He immediately figured out how to do it and still loves playing with it months later.

This is the third time I have bought this toy over several decades. Bought for my son, grandson and just recently for the second grandson. From about 9 months they all have loved it! Even as they have gotten older, the little men become separate toys.

I bought this for my 8.5 month old son. He's still a bit young to use it "properly" but he absolutely loves it! We've already spent many hours playing with it together. He loves grabbing the little wooden people after I bounce them out of the base and putting them in his mouth. Also really seems to enjoy crawling after them when they roll away. He's even starting to make an effort to put them back in thier slot but doesn't quite have the hand coordination yet. Item arrived earlier than expected despite Amazon thinking it hasn't arrived yet.edit to update this reminded one of his favorite toys even after he was well over 3 years old. It is now my go-to birthday gift for young children
