Oshadhi Hydrolate - Lavender Highland - Certified Organic

Item arrived with a broken top and liquid all over in the package. I demand a refund since there’s no way even to return this broken bottle.

The product smelled good but I didn’t get to use it. The bottle arrived in a padded envelope, shattered and full of hydrolate. I understand things happen, so I requested a replacement, which arrived in the exact same condition, broken bottle and spilled product. Given it is liquid it is impossible to return so I have been charged twice for a product I cannot use. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Today I try to use this product but the cap was unsealed and have no plastic wrap that makes me feel uncomfortable to use it.

Good result for my skin
