I haven't really worn it out into public yet but I tried it on I enjoyed the fit and how it looks. It's very fancy and I am very comfortable in it. Depending on how you style it, it will depend on the mobility but that's with evey shirt. I highly suggest it

Runs small but is BEAUTIFUL
I ordered the 2x and the 3x. The 2x was wayyyy too small and 2x is usually pretty loose on me. The 3x fit perfectly.

Fits well, hard to move arms
The sizing chart worked well for me. You have to lace up the arms and the back so it can be pulled to fit yourself. This is more of a decorative piece and not practical unfortunately, lifting arms above my head was difficult and I feared it would rip the armpit seams, but that may be because my shoulders were wider than the sizing chart guiding for me.
