Ordered this directly thru company. It worked for about 5 or 6 minutes after charging. I called company and they sent another one. Followed directions, charged. It never came on , not even once. Pure junk. Have a rating of one because a rating is required.

This is my first time doing this kind of hair removal. It's so easy! The device is the right size - easy to hold and control. I used it 2 times on my legs and 2 times on my arms. My arms are already noticeably smoother! Instructions are straightforward - ready to use. I started at level one and worked my way up to level three. Once you have a rhythm, it gets faster. Big buy!
