Visually, this thing does not look very appealing or inviting to lay your head on, but I have been sleeping like a baby since I got this thing a month ago! I don't have any real problems sleeping but I tend to get up almost nightly to use the bathroom. But that has stopped literally the first night I used this Jetsons looking thing. I'm just out, immediately. I have tried numerous types of pillows because I tend to get kinks in my neck but I have been neck kink-free for a month! I bought this pillow as I was recovering from a severely (and I mean debilitating pinched nerve in my neck that caused my left arm to lose all strength for several days, and was in excruciating pain, to the point that I thought I was having a heart attack or stroke or some other health emergency - had to see an orthopedic specialist), I used this pillow, along with other neck stretching devices and it seems to have done the trick! Can't credit the pillow entirely because how can I know it was just the pillow? But I am loving it, despite its Pontiac Aztek-of-pillows look! Like the defunct Pontiac Aztek, don't be fooled by its crazy design. IT IS SUPER ERGONOMIC. I'm loving it. 6 month update June 2023: I have been COMPLETELY neck-kink free!! I have not had one stiff neck since I bought this in Dec 2022!!! I feel confident in attributing this cervical disc relief to the funky pillow! I seldom use my neck traction device now. I sleep soundly and feel rested everyday. Even the nights that I don’t get enough hours, the hours I do get feel more solid, like I’m actually getting rest. I have to credit this pillow! Prior to this, I was prone to neck pain or stiffness more days than not. I can’t recommend this pillow enough. Worth every penny! Worth noting: I’m a back sleeper 99% of the time. The curves perfectly support my neck and the shoulder cutouts don’t put any pressure on that area and help keep my shoulders from creeping upward in a weird position at night. WORTH A TRY if you are like me, desperate for a non-surgical solution!

First, I'd like to note that I usually don't write reviews and I must always note that this, like most reviews should be, is completely subjective. It's *my* experience. It may not be yours. But, please read what I have to say first... But I am taking the time to mention how much this pillow has changed my life (sleep is life). The moment I laid my head on it, I knew it was the one. I used to use a very soft pillow then scrunch up the sides for my shoulders. I can't do firm or thick pillows. I have tried other contour and support pillows, but nothing has achieved supporting my neck properly and also take the tension off my shoulders. It's like the designers of this pillow somehow used my body to design this. It's not for everyone, but it's definitely for those who need that type of support. I have slight degeneration in my cervical spine and my shoulders have been slowly becoming achy while sleeping. I would like to note that I am also a long-standing massage therapist. I preach ergonomics and posture. I know how important it is to position yourself well and have a good mattress/pillow. So I should walk the talk. See, most companies claim that their pillow gives the right neck support and that the cervical spine is level when laying down- but most of the time it's not! The head is still propped up too much. It took no time for my neck to adjust. I love the accented dip in the middle that is perfect for me, and the flared edges for my shoulders. The memory foam is firm but flexible. It also is rather cooling, though I do also use a silk pillowcase to protect my hair. Now that I have my fave memory foam mattress, a body pillow, and now this pillow- I look forward to sleep so much more and also makes it hard to get out of the sleep sanctuary that is my bed. If only my partner would stop snoring and my dog would lay still. In a perfect world. But this is as close to perfect as I've ever had it.

We’ve bought this pillow three times now. It’s very comfortable and provides great support. The pillow is made very well and is the perfect size for a queen bed. The material is comfortable and it doesn’t have an odor. My husband packs his when he travels.

I have been sleeping with Scandia down pillows for 20 years. I do love them and I love the Scandia down company. At 68 years old, I pulled a muscle in my back shoulder and I felt it in my neck also. I stopped sleeping with down pillows and ordered this one to help align my neck. I’m going to use this pillow for the rest of my life, I love it. It is a life changer, especially for aligning the neck, it’s super comfortable and took me only about two nights to get used to it now I can’t sleep without it. Thank you for making such a pillow!

Product: 5 stars Delivery: 1 star For some reason there is an epidemic of delivery issues with Amazon and us for the past few years. Almost everything we order has some crazy delivery issue, and never arrives as promised. we order a lot and it’s getting old so I am starting to incorporate delivery into my reviews. It’s not really completely fair to these companies but maybe they will wake up and realize Amazon isn’t keeping up their end of the deal. The pillow itself is amazing, I have tried many many pillows in the past year and none have worked. Most are poorly made, or don’t even come close to their claims. This pillow is fantastic. I have neck and back issues and this is the first pillow I’ve tried that actually gives me some relief. It’s very comfortable and supportive, and The material seems to be very good quality. If you are desperately searching for a good pillow to bring some relief and a better nights sleep I would definitely give this one a shot. It was exactly as described. My wife saw it and said “wow this thing is great quality”. I now need to order a second one because she stole it and she has 9 pillows already lol.

I really wanted to love this pillow. I tried using it way longer then I should have. I liked that the pillow had support on the sides without my head falling off the pillow. I soon noticed while using the pillow I would have a tight pull/knot in my shoulder blade but also related it to work. I considered getting a new pillow but I would sleep in another position Nd it would seem to help. I looked at other pillows but didn't find any I thought I woukd like better. At some point my right jaw and ear started hurting. I thought it was due to recently having braces. So the pain became so bad I was consulting with specialist about going back in braces or possibly TMJ surgery. Luckily I went out of town for a while and did not take my pillow. After just 3-4 day of not using the pillow, I my jaw had quit hurting. When I got home I bought a cheap dollar store pillow just to have something else to use. Since I have stopped using the pillow my TMJ and ear have stopped hurt. To think I almost had surgery or paid thousands of dollars for braces again for problem brought on by a pillow. I'm not saying that this pillow will do this to everyone but If by me posting this review will prevent just 1 person from having the same problems I had then writing this will have been worth it.

This is my favorite pillow! I sleep on both sides and on my back, it supports everything really well. While it took a couple of weeks to get used to it, it really helped my back and neck pain. It's supportive but not hard - because who wants a hard pillow? I still sometimes use other pillows but still pack this whenever I travel. The indent was also helpful when my cartilage piercing was healing. It kept it from getting "squished" when u slept on my side. I was concerned the "button" would be an issue, but I never notice it. I use a king sized pillow case with fold over ends to keep it clean. Like most memory foam, it has a smell when you first open, but it goes away after about a week. I left it to "air out" in another room for that week. After about 3 months, it seemed to deflate a little so I did request the extra support, which helped immensely. (They were very kind, and it arrived quickly). I replaced it after about 18 months with the exact same one and still love it! YMMV, I'm the only one in my household that loves it. It's too big for half and not firm enough for the others.

The pillow is fine but it's too high for me. My daughter uses it when she visits and loves it.

I have found the pillow to be quite comfortable. It does look a bit odd when compared to other pillows, even with the pillowcase over the top, but I have used it for the past three nights and had a good sleep. It has helped my neck as I feel supported through the night. Previously, I was using multiple pillows to try to create support for my head, but recently I have been using this by itself, and it seems to do a good job. Time will tell whether it will replace my usual setup.

Great for Side sleeping

Purchased this one for my wife, she likes the softer type of memory foam, and this one works just perfekt so far. I would recommend manufacturer to also sell separate liners for their pillows. Hard to find the good match.
