These broke on the first use. Ordered a two pack, but only received one. Too much hassle to return. Don't work as well with the classic ball caps, look to be designed for the stupid looking flat bill hats...

The product was exactly what I was looking for. Quality and cost of the cap washer are both excellent. I would definitely order from this company again.

Works as expected!

The GOOD:Ball cap washers (like this one and similar designs made by several other companies) are a great idea;Pricing is very reasonable, particularly this 2-pack item I purchased.from Acitvefit Apparel via Amazon;Seems durable, but haven't subjected product to long term use yet;Company "seems" genuinely interested in receiving customer feedback;The BAD:The portion of the plastic ball washer form which crosses over the top of the hat bill can rub the color off of hats! This is not noticeable on white hats, but obvious on dark hats and especially noticeable on khaki hats, essentially destroying the color and design of the hat (see attached photo). I washed the affected hats in a front loader machine, as per instructions, and this product ruined 3 of my hats. The bottom edges of the Activefit plastic form are fairly sharp, and I believe this leads to abrasion during various spin cycles of the washing machine. Also, once a cap is placed in the Activefit washer, there is a considerable amount of space remaining between the top and bottom sections, so the cap can move or slide around quite a lot inside the form during the washing cycle, perhaps making it more susceptible to this abrasion. I have not tried the product in the dishwasher, but would expect this would alleviate this abrasion problem. Although I was dissatisfied with the performance of this product, I did not initially intend to take the time to write a review of this product. However, Activefit repeatedly contacted me via email asking for feedback about their product. When I relayed my experience to them, they insisted this problem had never been experienced before, totally dismissing my feedback and attributing the problem to operator error. They insisted "I must have washed more than one hat at a time, or washed them with other items," neither of which is true. Apparently Activefit wants customer feedback, but only if it is of a positive nature. Although Activefit makes very strong customer satisfaction guarantee claims on the Amazon website and in all their direct emails to me, they made no such offers to me in any of their subsequent correspondence. They didn't offer to refund my purchase price nor reimburse me for replacement of the 3 hats. Actually, it's not about the money or value of the hats, even though 2 of the hats were new, souvenir hats from recent trips. It's the dismissive nature of the response to my feedback which they (Activefit co-owner Joan) so actively pursued, then ignored! I also felt other unsuspecting customers deserved some warning before purchasing this product.If you purchase this product and intend to use it in the washing machine, I would suggest experimenting with some old hats first in your particular machine. Our washing machine is a newer, front loading LG and I used the delicate cycle. I washed the hats individually with no other items in the machine, as recommended per Activefit. But the damage still occurred. Be careful, as the damage is not all that apparent until the cap is fully dry. I ruined 3 hats before I realized there was even a problem. See attached photo.

I am so happy I ordered the Activefit Apparel Cap Washer. It keeps the shape of my baseball caps perfectly. I just throw it in my washing machine and voila, my hats keep the perfect shape! I would highly recommend this!!
