Love it, want it, so where is it?!
On 11/30/25, I ordered a case of 100% grapefruit juice, something I’ve done a few times before. The shipping date changed probably half a dozen times. At Christmas. I didn’t have it. I got a text asking if I wanted to cancel. I did not. I called customer service, got AI and had to be text using the specific terms they understand. Got transferred to a person, not much better. After repeatedly asking the same question she said it was a oayment issue. I don’t think there’s been a week since 11/30//25 that I didn’t order something. Not one payment issue. She said she’d put in a new order and I’d have it in 2 days. Asked if I wanted to cancel the original order, I refused. I drink grapefruit juice daily. Two days later, no new order showed up on my purchases, so I got it yesterday. Great stuff. The only conceivable excuse I could think was a substantial price increase after the original order. There’s no payment issue. Every other item is paid in full using the same account I’ve had for years . The juice is healthy, 60 ounce., tastes good. Obviously, I’m a big fan.

ONLY PURE GRAPEFRUIT JUICE ON THE MARKET
I THINK THIS IS THE ONLY PURE GRAPEFRUIT JUICE ON THE MARKET. IT IS NOT MADE FROM CONCENTRATE. IT COMES ACROSS THE WAY GRAPEFRUIT JUICE SHOULD FROM THE FIRST SWALLOW TO THE LAST. IT IS HARD TO STOP DRINKING IT.

Good, but it's pink, not white grapefruit juice.
It's good, but it's not as pictured. Expected white grapefruit juice (hard to find in stores anymore, hence ordering it here) and it's actually pink grapefruit juice (which is available everywhere) so won't be ordering again. But there was nothing wrong with it, if you want pink.

Not white grapefruit, it's pink but pink is good too
The picture looks like it would be white grapefruit which is really hard to find but it turns out to be pink grapefruit which I also love so it's ok. A little disappointed it's not the sour kind but still brand. The search for classic sour juice continues.
