The battery has a capacity of 2811 when I measured it by completely draining it then measuring how much powered it used to charge. It's battery life sucks. I have it on idle for about 50 minutes its telling me and it's battery is already at 80% with the screen off doing nothingI expect about 2 hours ish of use out of this thingThe Sim card/cell phone doesn't work with us carriers. It uses what's call WCDMA. The main radio tower Spectrum China uses and isn't used in the US. I tested it and it recognized the carrier but can't talk with it.The screen is 720p res and 7inch not 10. It also has a odd refresh rate of 54hz so it looks weird.Screen and cameras are washed out and color less for the most part. It's not that bad but noticable.The home screen came with a like too their website that asked for full permissions from the device the moment it connects before the page even loads. Very suspicious.The cameras seems to be the claims megapixal but again look washed outThe CPU sucks too much to run much. YouTube drops frames at 480p. That seems to be the highest video streaming it can do.Not much pre-installed but can't remove anything that is. Such as YouTube.The keyboard that comes with it looks nice but I haven't used it and the mouse looks like the worse mouse I've ever seen

SO, ive had this tablet now for a little over 2 wks and the only issue im seeing is the short battery life. my full battery drops down to about 50% after about 4 hrs or so, but, i do use it CONSTANTLY. So, i dont really mind bc im not really on the go so i can just easily charge up, but, this may become an issue for someone who may not be able to charge too often. but everything else is great! the keyboard is great and super easy to connect. touch screen is acurate, havent needed to use the mouse but its a cool extra, the case is super nice (rose gold) the speed is perfectly fine w my wifi, (i read some old reviews that said it was a slow tablet overall) i dont see that issue at all... and again, other than the charging thing which i wouldnt even call it an issue bc like i said i use it CONSTANTLY, i have no complaints whatsoever! so happy i bought this tablet, great buy for the price!! excellent for kids home schooling, the blogger, the surfer, or worker from home.... im a little of all the above! :)

It is too slow to even do a zoom meeting. The video and sounds cuts off, stops, so basically this product is not usable. You tube was okay. My other devices were okay with the very same zoom meeting, so it was definitely not the internet speed or connection.

Thanks Joan,I believe that the android you have does not have the mapping display technology capability our program requires. Each device differs due to the particular GPU chip they've used, and we need a specific set of capabilities for the maps to render correctly.It seems that your Android device unfortunately does not have graphics support to display the Forecast Maps. This situation is rare, as we support all the major Android manufacturers that have been released in the last 2 years.In purchasing a new Android device we recommend staying with the major brands such as Samsung. There can be issues with the cheaper brands/models.

This is not only my first tablet but also my first Android/Google computer. That said, I have a learning curve on its use and can't provide comparisons to other similar tablets. I thought it was a little quirky getting it set up. First use of the login with passcode took several tries but not because I entered the code incorrectly. At first I thought the tablet might be defective, but the third login try worked and it has reliably logged in since. Launching new applications were sometimes quirky to me too, but that may have been my ignorance with Android and conflicting knowledge of other operating systems. I like the tablet now. I sometimes use a mouse but not the one that was included. I seldom use the keyboard, but it's nice to have when I need to do a lot of typing. I like the case it came in. I think I get 6 to 7 hours of battery life: a little less than advertised. I think this tablet is a great value. I like being able to do a lot of the tasks on it that I used to do using my Windows laptop computer before. I have not bought a SIM card and data plan, yet. I may do that if I start to travel once the Pandemic ends.

This is my first time to see and use a tablet with a mouse and keyboard! This is wonderful because lots of case you don’t want to touch the screen, but use a wireless mouse to control the system. With a mouse and keyboard, this tablet is not a big screen phone anymore, but it’s a very good office computer. The speed is fast because the system is new and I think the hardware is also great, you can play games or download lots of office tools to work.This package includes a case, mouse, pen, keyboard, so you don’t have to buy extra stuffs , just buy once and use them for all.I will say it’s a great tool with a good price. It’s android 10, so you can download lots of applications, and I don’t see the speed is slowing down.

The tablet is nice however there are a couple of problems. In the description it clearly said that the screen was glass, it is not. The screen is plastic like most cheaper tablets however it is a quick responding screen. In the description it also says it comes with a leather case again it does not. I just received the tablet with the flimsy vinyl tablet cover. Still not a bad tablet for the price.

I purchased 2 new T-Mobile SIM cards for the tablet. I installed them and turned the tablet on. It will only recognize a SIM card in slot ONE. I switched the SIMs in the slots and powered on again. It still only recognizes a SIM in slot ONE. It will NOT recognize a SIM card in slot 2. Is this tablet defective? For what purpose is there TWO SIM slots? What is slot two used for? I can find no manual on this online. Should be able to download a manual, but no. Also, if you use the C port with the Bluetooth connector in order to use the wireless mouse, then you can't use it for anything else like an external drive or flashdrive or connection to HDMI to cast to your TV.
