It Really Works!
I had a broken jack in my PC for over a year. I tried another one of these but a cheaper multi pack and it didn't work. They all broke of course. Decided to give this a try again and man, absolutely did the trick and the tool is still in tact. Maybe it was the way I used it, idk but going in from the slanted tip angle and applying some force got it to finally get in the jack enough to pull it out. Jack is still working also as I tested speakers. Thank you so much

IT WORKED!
It took about 8 attempts, with pliers, without pliers, and almost snapped the thing in half but ...just as I was about to give up, I jammed it in as deep as possible and IT WORKED! Thank you.

Useless
Our headphone plug broke off in the iPad headphone jack and I was hoping this would help us get it out but it was completely useless. Maybe for others it could work but didn’t for us.

Scam
Product did not work, tried as directions said to insert around broken plug and use fingers to remove but did not work, then used a pair of pliers and crushed the tube but that did not remove the broken headphone jack from my daughter's tablet.0/10 would not buy again

Ruined the headphone jack, but retrieved the broken off piece
The amount of pressure needed to make this device work ended up breaking the headphone jack. However, the piece was removed which allowed the iPad speakers to work, and now we use a headset plugged into the lightning port.
