Swing-N-Slide 9' Alpine Wave Plastic Slide Attachment for 5 Foot Deck Heights with Included Safety Handles, Green (Amazon Exclusive)

I ordered this for a playground I built for my grandchildren. The slide is sturdy and was easy to install but it does get quite hot in the sun (I installed sun sails). I would recommend not allowing little ones to slide without assistance as they go FAST and can launch right off the end! I put a thick tumbling mat at the base to minimize discomfort of hard landings!

I was a little worried about the shipping coming out of I believe Texas by common carrier. But when the carrier delivered it I was amazed the slide was not damaged and it was only rapped in plastic! I installed it on my grandson’s new playhouse and he loves it! The only problem I have is now the grandparents on the other side want me to build one for their house.

Like the other reviews, this item arrived in a plastic bag and was (lightly) scuffed. It was also missing the safety handles.One other important thing I noticed is that the slide in the item listing is embossed "Swing-N-Slide" (at the bottom of the slide). The slide I received does not say "Swing-N-Slide" anywhere on it, so you can't be sure it is in fact a Swing-N-Slide product or that it will be covered under any warranty provided by said manufacturer.For this reason, I gave it a 3-star. Other than that, it was easy to install and functions as a slide should. The only thing I worry about is long term wear because, again, I don't know for sure if it is a Swing-N-Slide product.

Item arrived in a torn plastic bag instead of a box and is missing the handles, mounting hardware, and instructions. The slide is also not the same at the one pictured in the listing. It doesn’t have the embossed logo at the front/bottom of the slide. The slide is large enough that trying to return it is going to be a hassle.

After shopping this item around, I settled on Amazon. I was able to move my delivery date up and it came when promised. It was easy to install and it was great that included the handles. It’s very sturdy and will hold the weight of an average adult without sagging (my husband tried it). No complaints here!!

Used this for our neighborhood playset and it worked perfect! Very durable!

Product arrived in a ripped up clear plastic bag. Slide had multiple deep scratches and scuffs. Handles were missing. Decent product otherwise. Slide does get pretty hot in the sun.

Showed up on time, kids love it
