This is the perfect hamper for our needs! It is slim but holds a lot - more than it looks like it will. It was simple to put together and is pretty sturdy. It just stays put in our closet though so I can't attest to how sturdy it is while being carried or how easy (or not) it would be to remove the inner bag every time you do laundry. For us it fit into a small space while not compromising on capacity or style. And the lid keeps our cats out! ;-) Perfect.

It was a bit difficult to get the lid on with the wire support in place. Came with two wire supports but it only needs one. Once together it looks good.

Occasionally, the lid doesn't stay securely in place, which can be a minor inconvenience when quickly tossing clothes into the hamper. However, this doesn't significantly impact the overall functionality of the hamper. In summary, this clothes hamper strikes a commendable balance between style, practicality, and price. Its lightweight design, attractive light wood, sturdy construction, and generous capacity make it a reliable choice for organizing laundry. While the occasional lid instability is a minor drawback, it doesn't detract from the hamper's overall effectiveness.
