Gut ist anders, aber für den Preis völlig OK. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger.Für Wurstler:Ich bin zufrieden, verarbeite damit aber nur Kleinstmengen wie den Rest aus dem großen vertikalen Wurstfüller (Beekedings etc.) -Füllrohre passen zum Glück mit einer 55er Dichtung, oder Brät von max 1kg! Wirklich "arbeiten" möchte ich nicht damit müssen...

Habe Bratwürste gemacht. Mit 500g Mett kann man ca. 10 Würste herstellen. Dafür muss die Presse 2,5 mal befüllt werden. Geht aber sehr leicht. Super war begeistert.

Tutto bene, solo un po' piccolo lo stantuffo dove inserire la carne. MA alla fine il suo lavoro lo fa bene. Ideale per chi fa pochissimi salami o salsicce qualche volta all'anno. Se avete idea di farne di più prendete una più adeguata sia come capienza che come affidabilità.
