Tastes great....but
Had this this morning. Mixed one scoop (serving size is two scoops) with 12 oz milk, a banana, some ice and some honey. It tastes pretty good. Much better than most protein powders that I have tried. I used a blender, and it all seemed to mix up pretty well, with no grainyness. However, it may just be me and my weird digestive system, but this mix has got me farting horribly. All damn day ! (Go ahead, laugh. You know it's funny!). Maybe my body just needs to get used to it. I'll try it a few more times and see what happens.

Yummy and NOT filled with Chemicals!!!
I am highly allergic to non-nutritive sweeteners...which makes it very difficult to find these types of powders! This is the only one that does NOT have any...ANY sweeteners (even that stevia super sweetener!) Both my husband and I use this as meal replacements for breakfast and lunch. It is a very filling drink. He mixes his with Vanilla Almond milk but I do mine with low fat milk. For whatever reason...this product wasn't readily available for a while and we had to buy the Vega brand...GROSS!!!! Not filling, too sweet. We are so happy to see this return!I have mixed fresh raspberries, peanut butter powder, and have mixed one scoop with smoothies. Very versatile and yummy! Thank you Kashi for being awesome!!

Love Kashi Golean protein powder
We have tried several brands of protein shakes. Kashi golean dark chocolate protein powder is the only one that I’m not allergic too. I can’t handle artificial sweeteners in a protein drink. It makes me sick. I can drink Kashi without trouble. It gives me so much energy. I mix it with one raw date and it sweetens the drink up just enough. I’m on nutrisystem and I use a scoop and half plus the raw date to replace the normal nutrisystem turbo shake. I’ve lost 10 pounds so far. Love this shake but sad the Kashi website says the are discontinuing it. I can’t find anywhere in my local market.

Raw & Pure
Best organic protein powder out on the market! Hands down it is the purest plant based protein power you will try. You will not be disappointed. Some plant based protein powders have a dirt like taste well that is not the case with this one. I have to say if you have never tried a plant based powder like this your taste buds have to adjust to the taste. Give it about a week for your body to like the tatse.

Staple
This stuff rocks. Simple and balanced with no added sugars. Hard to find I think... Taste is fine and easy to add to a lot of things. I only wish it were easier to find in stores. And that more flavors were actually available!

Really includes all you need. A little pricey, but not when you take into account, that you don't have to buy "green powder" plus a good protein powder.
