Will this work with a 2007 Pathfinder that has a 2” lift?

If the space in the coil springs is still open they should work. I put them in a 2005 pathfinder (no lift) and they work great, no sagging when trailering, and rides better in general with low pressure in the system. Took about 2 hours to install.

Will these work on a 2011 Nissan 2 wheel drive Pathfinder?

I had on our 2wd 2010 Pathfinder, so, yes.

Can the hoses be mounted top, or do they have to go out the bottom?

I have mounted the hoses on top on my instalation

Does this lift the vehicle, similar to a leveling kit? If so, how high?

Yes. It takes up the sag from added weight due to load or towing. Not sure how high, but my thought would not any higher than the factory spring would allow.
