These are the best bulbs you can buy if your car is not fitted with LED friendly reflectors. You should NOT fit LED bulbs into lights that have reflectors designed for halogen bulbs as the spread of light/pattern makes them inefficient ANBD can blind oncoming traffic. It's not only illegal but it's likely to invalidate your insurance if you're involved in an incident. These bulbs are VERY bright and 20% whiter than other halogen bulbs. Trust me they will transform your lack lustre lights iin seconds. The downside is that they burn VERY hot and don't last like standard bulbs but Osram highlight this on the packaging so you pay your money and take your choice! Recommended for anyone doing lots of miles in the dark!

This review is after 3 years: the lights are still working perfectly well and are bright. These are mounted on the Alfa Romeo Giulietta.

My Volvo V50 has two faults regarding the dip beam lights - they fail about once a year and standard bulbs produce very little light due to a less than clever design of the whole light unit. To try to improve the vision issue I have constantly bought higher percentage bulbs and these have given quite an improvement but not as much as In had hoped for. Indeed this set has now failed and has been replaced by 220% from another supplier which were £10 cheaper and really have improved the vision. So these are ok but now perhaps not the best product available.

fitting these bulbs was a nightmare on my car. Rover 75. I knew how to do it, as ive done this before, with cheaper bulbs. i used my left hand to remove and fit the bulbs. the bonnet was up and my right hand was resting on the wing, under the bonnet. it was windy. the bonnet fell and crushed my right hand. lucky. no broken bones, just a bloody scar. i was just unluky, or very lucky. so after fitting, i started engine, only one was bright. so it was either a faulty bulb, or i wired it up wrong. yes my fault. very impressed and it was daytime. just been out 5pm and the lights are fantastic. worth every penny. hope they last . i did a lot of reasearch on bulbs. this was my choice among others on Amazon. Ordered on 28/12/23. delivered and fitted on 29/12/23. well done and thank you Amazon.

Ok a bit of background. Ive owned 7 cars. Most of the bulbs were H4 bulbs. My last car was a Hyundai i20 Coupe and that used a HB3 in a projector housing. My current caris a Hyundai I30 N-Line. It has got to have one of the worse headlights I have ever seen in the 7 cars I ve owned. It uses H7 bulbs in a projector housing. Roughly the same asthe I20 but apparently not. The H7 bulbs are very weak and reading the net. A lot of i30 owners complain about poor headlights. These 200s are not bad and give out a light out put that spreads out more than the Osram Laser ones I owned. The 200s seem to have more coil than the laser and the filament looks thicker. Light outout is noticably brighter but its not a huge amount and if you dont drive all the time like I do. You probably wont notice the difference hence why there are so many varied reviews. Its a haogen bulb and its not going to be like LEDs. The white light is more noticeable than the Lasers. I parked next to a Citroen C1 and the owners lamps were noticably yellow. Also parked next to a 2018 Corsa and can see the difference between Osram and standard bulbs. Overall pleased with the bulb.

I wanted something road legal but better than the standard bulbs coming with my '17 Seat Ibiza new shape, which was still rocking the factory bulbs and doesn't have full LED lights. I've replaced the main light / dipped beams. The fit is easy and quick, it takes less than 5 minutes for both lights and you don't need any tools. There is definitely a difference compared to the old bulbs albeit not huge. The color temperature is colder, if you look at the lights directly it's clearly whiter, but not blueish. Brightness is also higher but not by a lot. I can't say how long they will last, but I do very little miles per year so hopefully I won't have to change them soon.

This vehicle sits low & the dipped headlights have never been good, when a bulb blew (Philips X-Treme vision) which had been in the vehicle for 5.5 years (29,000 miles) we thought we’d try to improve things and bought these Osram night-breaker bulbs on the basis of positive reviews. When compared to the old Philips bulb the Osram is visibly brighter though I’ve no way of measuring the difference. You can definitely distinguish the newer bulb pattern in the road at night compared to the 5.5yr old Philips. Swapping the remaining one has improved vision somewhat but by how much I can’t say but the main beam is visibly very good. Other reviews say they don’t have much longevity so we’ll have to wait & ‘see’.

Zum Thema 200%: Dem Käufer dieser Glühbirne wird vielleicht den Eindruck vermittelt, diese leuchtet 200% heller als eine herkömmliche Glühbirne. Die 200% mehr Licht, beziehen sich jedoch nur auf die gesetzlichen Mindestanforderungen. Übertriebenes Beispiel: Stellt euch vor, eine Fahrradlampe wäre die Mindestanforderung von der Helligkeit her. Dann ist es ein leichtes, Lampen mit 50, 100 oder 200 % mehr Licht anzubieten. Bedenkt einfach nur, dass eine Longlife bzw Eco-Glühbirne nicht wirklich hell ist. Diese Glühbirne muss aber bereits die gesetzlichen Mindestanforderungen erfüllen beziehungsweise übertrifft diese schon. Daher hören sich 200% mehr Licht, sehr viel an. Erwartet jedoch keine Wunder. Freut euch über etwas helleres Licht, welches etwas weiter strahlt, eine sehr gute Ausleuchtung hat und nicht gelb ist, sondern etwas kühler im Farbton leuchtet. Dennoch zählt diese Glühbirne hier, zu den hellsten Halogenlampen. Zur Haltbarkeit: Es gibt 3 verschiedene Arten an Glühbirnen: 1. Longlife-Glühbirne: Helligkeit - eher gering Haltbarkeit - sehr lang Beispiel-Lampe: OSRAM ULTRA LIFE H7 Osram gibt hier 1000 Betriebsstunden an. 2. Standart-Glühbirne: Helligkeit - mittel Haltbarkeit - mittel Beispiel-Lampe: OSRAM ORIGINAL LINE H7 Osram gibt hier 330 Betriebsstunden an. 3. Performance-Glühbirne (Das hier beworbene Produkt fällt in diese Kategorie): Helligkeit - hoch Haltbarkeit - gering Beispiel-Lampe: OSRAM NIGHT BREAKER 200 H7 Osram gibt hier 150 Betriebsstunden an. Kurz gesagt, je heller eine Glühbirne in diesem Fall ist, desto geringer ist ihre Haltbarkeit. Das hängt damit zusammen, da der Glühfaden bei den hellen Lampen "dünner" ist und diese Lampen heißer brennen. Ergebnis also = höherer Verschleiß. Jeder kann jedoch selbst entscheiden, welche Eigenschaft einem wichtig ist. Beim Kauf könnt ihr also nur wählen zwischen: 1. Hohe Helligkeit. 2. Lange Haltbarkeit. 3. Ein Kompromiss aus beiden. Die hellste Glühbirne zu kaufen und dem Hersteller vorzuwerfen, er möchte nur Geld machen, da das Produkt schneller kaputt geht, finde ich nicht fair. Die Eierlegende Wollmilchsau gibt es leider nicht. Trefft eure Wahl also mit diesem Wissen. Das wäre so, als würde ich mir einen Sportwagen mit viel PS kaufen, nur um nachher dem Verkäufer vorzuwerfen, dass das Auto ja nicht gerade sparsam ist, wenn ich die Leistung abrufe ;) Daher verstehe ich die ganzen Bewertungen mit einem Stern hier nicht. Anstatt sich über ein Produkt vorher zu informieren, wird es hier einfach, zu unrecht, schlecht bewertet. Der Hersteller gibt auf seiner Homepage die Lebensdauer an. Und auf der Verpackung der Lampen, ist sogar die verkürzte Lebensdauer im Vergleich zu Standart Lampen deutlich dargestellt. Spätestens dann, hätte man sie zurück geben können, wenn einem das nicht gefällt. Zum Produkt selber: Ich habe vorher die Phillips Extreme Vision Pro150 in Verwendung gehabt. Nach einem defekt, bin ich auf die Osram umgestiegen und dachte mir, das bisschen an Mehrgewinn, wird man sicher nicht merken. Aber ich wurde eines besseren belehrt. Das Licht ist etwas heller, leuchtet noch ein wenig weiter und ist noch einen Tick kühler vom Farbton. Die Ausleuchtung ist wirklich richtig gut. Und wenn ich sie einmal im Jahr tauschen muss, dann ist es eben so. Was sind die paar Euro auf ein Jahr gerechnet? Die Sicherheit sollte es einem Wert sein. Oder holt euch Longlife und ihr habt gefühlt 10 Jahre Ruhe. Von mir gibt es jedenfalls eine klare Kaufempfehlung! Nachtrag: Bei mir hat sich die erste Glühbirne nach 8 Monaten verabschiedet. Verbaut war sie ungefähr 9000 KM Fahre immer mit Lichtautomatik. Dies ist der erwähnte Kompromiss, den man eingehen muss. Da ich mit den Lampen dennoch sehr zufrieden bin, habe ich sie erneut verbaut. Am besten die Lampen im Angebot auf Vorrat kaufen. Ich habe hier z.b. nur 24€ für die 2er Box bezahlt. Nachtrag: Es gibt von Osram die Nightbreaker LED-Speed H7. Diese hat die Form einer normalen Glühbirne. Dadurch ist kein Adapter mehr nötig. Falls euer Fahrzeug in der Liste der kompatiblen Modelle steht, kann ich den Tausch nur sehr empfehlen. Selbst mein Fiesta Baujahr 2008 ist dort eingetragen.

Uitstekend goed licht, al 2 jaar nu. Gebruik ook overdag

Se já usou as versões anteriores, principalmente a 150%, dificilmente notará diferença para esta. Comparando a uma lâmpada tradicional vale muito a pena, principalmente para andar na legalidade, já que é uma lâmpada halógena e sem cegar os coleguinhas com esses Leds sem procedência (Se usassem Osram ou Philips era outra história).

Warto mieć dobrą perspektywę przed sobą! Produkt nie jest tani, ale wart swojej ceny. Gdy widzisz opakowanie, masz już wrażenie, że to produkt premium. A gdy zainstalujesz w reflektorze i użyjesz pierwszy raz od razu widzisz różnicę w porównaniu do produktów z marketu lub innych ledwie spełniających wymagania homologacji. Stosując tę żarówkę nie osiągniesz takiego samego efektu, jak przy używaniu palnika ksenon, ale w dedykowanych reflektorach halogenowych nawet w starym aucie będziesz widział więcej i dalej.
