Emerson Sensi Touch Wi-Fi Smart Thermostat with Touchscreen Color Display, Compatible with Alexa, Energy Star Certified, C-wire Required, ST75W (Renewed)

This is my second Sensi Touch. I have two heat pumps, two zones in my home. I originally purchased the 1st generation Sensi the non touch model. My guess is the transmitter/ receiver in the 1st generation was weak. They would often go offline for long periods. Not so with the Touch Sensi. They are always up and online. I like the ability to use Alexa to control the temp. The Sensi also does an excellent job of keeping the temp close to the setting. This makes the house much more comfortable. Hook up was a breeze with the app. You do need a C wire for constant 24 volt feed. I like the app and the monthly report I receive from Emerson on heating/ cooling usage and comparison to annual usage. I recommend this thermostat for any smart home installation. Remember though you can use this totally manual as well.

I use this for a heat pump system, and beyond it stylish looks, it has made a difference in my overall bill and now incorporates cooling, heating and emergency heat strip all with touching a thing...Used to be with my old thermostat, when the temp outside reached the teens I would have to manually switch the thermostat to EM heat (which is really really expensive)...Now I dont have to touch it ever, unless I would like to raise or lower the temp...I like it so much, I have bought one for every house I flip...

These were easy to install and program. App to operate units is well thought out. Integrated well with our Smartthings hub. My Honeywells were a total pain to set up and kept loosing the wifi link....NOT THESE UNITS! Save the trouble and buy these if you are wanting good wifi compatibility. My internet runs at 400mbs so I know it wasn't that!

Product seems to work fine except for one thing I can't control the humidity. I have sent Sensi a e-mail a text, gone to their site on the web. tried to call. Its been over 10 days with on response. Although the thermostat seem to work fine otherwise I value customer service.

It’s a little hard to connect to the Wi-Fi . But figured it out . Works so good so far.

Installed for a few weeks now. DIY install and the app walks you through everything. Make sure you have a C-wire or you will have to install one yourself. Controls temperature very well and I love the easy to use application. Definitely recommend.

Great product took a little bit to get it yo hook to my wifi. Other then that no issues at all. My utility bill has went down using this product. Worth its weight in gold.

Easy to install and program. Love being able to monitor while away from home courtesy of Alexa. Works Great!
