I have worn Bearpaws for years and like the brand. I bought two pairs of these boots. Knowing what I know about these and most other sheepskin boots, I bought a full size down. These boots tend to run wide especially in the heel and they stretch with a few wears. I wear very light socks with them and sometimes none at all. There is no need to wear heavy socks with these boots because they are very warm on their own. These were snug the first two wearings and then fit perfectly.The boots are soft and fuzzy inside but don't have arch support. I found that one of the pairs I bought (brown) actually was a little uncomfortable around the soles of my feet until I broke them in which generally doesn't need to be done with these types of boots. The other pair (grey) was comfortable out of the box. I have had no quality control issues. The soles are thick and well made and the rest of the boot is as it should be. Both pairs are my go tos for comfort and casual wear. I have actual Uggs and I really don't feel they are much more comfortable than these and they were a lot more expensive. The outers on Uggs are nicer and the sheepskin is a little thicker and cushier. I suggest, especially if you don't have wide feet, to size down at least one half of a size. For me, a solid size 8, the 7's fit great and don't feel tight or narrow at all.

I bought 2 one gray and one off white. They’re not waterproof treated, so I figured out that I had to spray them with a water repellent since we live in a snow area. I wore the gray one all the time and it lasted all winter and still in great condition. I guess they’re the best affordable version in the market!

These boots are so well made. They are sturdy, yet soft and comfy. My only problem is the fit. I have a wide foot, 6 1/2 extra wide (EE), and usually have to make up for that by buying a 7 1/2 medium width. So far, I have tried the 7 1/2 which was at least a full size too big. Then I tried the 7 medium width, but again too big all over. So I ordered a 6 1/2 wide that was good in length but felt baggy and sloppy, like walking in clown shoes. I am now awaiting a size 6 1/2 medium and I think this may finally be the right size!

If you wear orthotics, I would not recommend this boot. The sheepskin insole is glued in to the bottom of the boot, it is not removable. It’s a good thing I bought a size larger, and a wide width, because it was loose on me with just putting my foot in with the sheepskin insoles in it. After I put my orthotics in on top of the sheepskin insoles, it fits a little snug, but I’m thinking since it’s suede, it should loosen up a little bit.I’m going to wear it for a few days and see how it feels with my orthotics on top of the sheepskin that’s glued into the bottom and see if everything feels OK while I am walking in it, otherwise I might have to return it.It says very clearly with this boot that the insoles are removable, but they are not which irritates me quite a lot. I looked through all the bear paw boots from Amazon, and I specifically bought this boot because it said that the insoles were removable, so I could put my orthotics inside. Needles to say, I am pretty upset that the insoles are glued into the boot.I will give an update in a week or so to let you know if I’m going to keep these boots and how they feel with orthotics in there on top of the sheepskin insoles. I believe I have 30 days to return it, so I’ll probably test it out for a week or two and make a decision whether I’m going to keep it or not.As for the boot itself if you don’t have a foot problem and you don’t need to put special orthotics in your shoes or boots then it’s a wonderful boot. It is super warm, I’ve only had it on for 10 minutes and my feet are toasty warm. The boot does run big so, I don’t know if I would size up. I would probably get my regular size if I didn’t have to put orthotics or other kind of insoles into the boot. I sized up because I wanted to be able to put my orthotics in the boot, and have a little bit of wiggle room after my orthotics are inside.One of the buckle’d is loose, so I am going to see if I can buy a heavy duty needle with some thread to see if I can sew it on a little tighter. Otherwise, I might have to exchange it, or return it if that buckle gets any looser.

I like the color and comfort these boots provide. They’re a little tight and I don’t have wide feet. Still comfy once broken in a bit.

The wide fit is great. They so warm & cozy. Only hang up is the inseam is super itchy! And one of mine fold in at the ankle and rubs you wrong

The boots were very nice but I did return them. The height of the shaft was just shorter than I expected and much wider at the top. I'm sure this is for ease getting them on and off. Nice boots just were not right for me.

Couldn't be happier with these slip-on boots. I always have to buy a size to a size and a half larger slip-on boots because I have wide feet but these I can buy my size in a wide and they're perfect and so comfortable and easy to slip-on with the clips on the side. They do open the boot up and make slipping on much easier. If you have a narrow foot that probably wouldn't be necessary. They are very roomy even with the insulation and padding. Very warm and cozy. I will definitely buy more.They were also delivered earlier than expected

I live in a cold part of Canada and Bear Paw boots are my favourite boots to wear in the winter. Not only are the warm but it’s like wearing slippers all day! Best boots ever!

I buy these boots all the time they are amazing for the price you pay and are no different to uggs at a fraction of the price ,buying from here you get to choose your style rather than if I go to tkmax you get one style.he only thing I would say about them which isn't negative is that you need a size smaller than you would normally get as they are sheep skin and do stretch within a few days of wear ,as they are full of fur inside
