Magnavox MWD2206 DVD/VCR Combination Player (Renewed)

I have been very satisfied with this purchase. The unit has performed well with both DVD and VHS tapes regardless of whether they were store bought or home produced. We had an issue with the remote, but as soon as they were informed, they sent a replacement. Not only did they do a good job of restoring the product, they also sent the adapters needed to convert the Video out to HDMI. I would purchase from them again without hesitation.

This DVD VHS console does not work. The Dvds stop in the middle of playing and goes to the end of the tape or just stops. I contacted the company about my issues and heard nothing so far. I contacted Amazon and they told me to get in touch with the seller. I am so disappointed, I paid good money for this and was so happy when I got it. DISAPPOINTED!!!!! 😞

I have so many vhs tapes if my children when they were little and now I can watch them. I haven't seen one in video for several years. I'm excited..

Received the product very quickly, exceeding my expectations. I have tried it and have found no flaws in its performance. Since this was refurbished, I didn't expect to see it in such good shape. I will be using it to copy my old VHS tapes to digital files for safekeeping and to be able to share in the future on other platforms. I will be using the One Touch Video capture to capture the files.

VHS eats tapes.

I watched “One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest” (VHS version), and “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” (DVD version), and the unit played them both great with no tracking on the VHS, or freezing on the DVD. It’s a well done renewed product 👍!

The DVD player portion of the device does NOT work. Going to keep it for now. Will use with another machine where the VHS does not work, by switching out the cords. Thankfully I bought a warranty on it. Why do they sell a refurbished item without testing it first?
