I wear a size 10 1/2 size shoe will these fit me?

Not for long. They may fit the first time you wear them but they shrink with laundering. I only wear a size 7, but they are now too small for me. They would fit a child

Do they breathe well or do they make your feet hot?

They are 85% cotton and breath. I have no problem with hot feet when I wear them.

Do they twist around on your feet?

I have worn them with sneakers, boots and serpa lined slippers and they have not twisted or slid down. I hope this helps.
