Great knife
I read the negative reviews and was slow to buy but I thought I’d take a shot. I don’t know what these people are doing with their knives but they are out of their mind. I’ve had this for over a month and use it 3-4 times per week. It’s still as razor sharp as the day that got it. It is sturdy, maneuverable, and feels good in the hand. It cuts anything I’ve tried; trimming brisket, cutting meat, cutting through joints and small bones. There is no damage, no rust, and absolutely no problems. So, don’t hesitate; I’m very happy with this blade, especially for the price

Amazing value for money. A must-have in the drawer.
This is the second one I have bought. The first one got stolen by a removalist (which sucked, but that should tell you something good about the knife!) It's lightweight, the tapering is perfect for fine work, and the handle is easy to grip even when wet. Obviously I'd recommend it!

Good bonding knife
Great little boning knife, especially at the price. Shaving sharp out of the box, but with a fairly robust feeling blade. Easy to get in between bones and take meat off. Handle is nice and grippy. Probably wouldn’t be very good for other use (eg vegetables), but I have other knives for that…
