Love it. The instructions are not very useful at all so we had to figure it out on our own. I do believe if my Son hadn’t had experience with installation it could have possibly been a product we would have had to return.

Although we just had the ceiling fan installed today, we are very happy with it. The fan is great for our bedroom, and the light will be just what we need. It gets bright, but can also be very subtle. We needed something low profile, as our ceiling is very low, so this is just fine.

We put up 2 in long room. They do a good job keeping room cool and the lights are good.

We purchased this fan for our infant’s nursery. We had it professionally installed. Of note, this item is not UL listed. The first fan that we received didn’t work and the company promptly shipped us a new one. Unfortunately the light in this one, even when turned off via the remote, would flash randomly and never completely turned off. We wanted to have the power switch on at all times, using the remote to operate the unit so the fan could circulate air in the nursery. When using the remote to shut the light off, however, the LED never quite shut fully off and would often flash and blink low levels of light. Because of the light bleed the nursery remained too bright. And because of the blinking and flashing, we worried about there being something wrong in the electrical housing that might start a fire at some point. This was a total loss for us and had to be thrown out for safety.

The fan operates as advertised. The image online is pretty misleading. They make it appear much larger than it is. It looks very small in our 12 x 13 kitchen. We also thought the outside band was darker. In reality, it looks copper. I also struggled with the installation and I am an experienced DIYer. I have installed at least 5 fans in my life so knew what to expect. I eventually had to enlist help from my son for assistance in lining up the top “can”. There is hardly any room in it due to the remote receiver inside. If the 30 days had not already passed, I would be returning this.

I got this to use on a room with a lower ceiling. The protected fan would be safer than a standard open blade ceiling fan. The fan itself is great. powerful and quiet. The whole package has a lot to be desired. This could be a really cool fan and light combo, but ... it looks like there is supposed to be surround that twists on or something. There are four "slots' in the upper housing that allows for a direct glare off the bulbs out the side. Definitely takes away from the light. It wasn't until I rechecked the Amazon page that I noticed EVERY pic is the exact same pic from the same angle and doesn't show the top of the light. It's now a return.

No complaints about this ceiling fan. It took the electrician maybe 30 minutes to install. The light is bright and the fan lets off nice cool air (even on low speed).

A great light/fan until the remote stops working. We have used this for less than 18 months and the remote no longer works. Very disappointing!
