Would NOT recommend or buy again, see the numbers in review.
Returned ... would never buy again nor recommend. It's easy to say DON'T BUY or just give any negative review, but I spent a lot of time trying to get the product to function as promised and just couldn't get it to deliver. I tried to be fair.Fan: yesHumidifier: questionable because I could not get a significant change in Relative Humidity (RH).Air Conditioning?: I didn't have ice available (I know strange) - BUT the manual never mentioned any ice; nor in the "About this item" section on Amazon. The ONLY place that I could find any mention of ice is if you scroll thru the pictures on the Amazon product page to the "3 in 1 Multifunction" image and tap on it to enlarge, and zoom-in … THEN, and only then, will you see ice mentioned.Uses USB-C charging cable which, for me, was a plus. Adding ice cubes to reservoir, I imagine [wrote that before I found the reference to ice mentioned above], would help increase the cooling factor - but I had no ice available at the time I wrote the review. And if I need to do that - I would get dry ice and set up a different cooling system with dry ice.The claim that "The temperature of the personal space can be reduced by up to 12 degrees" appears to be a huge stretch tho. If the manufacturer would like to send another "test" unit I be happy spend several hours doing a more comprehensive review.Another negative is that the Louver angle is not adjustable. The "Spray Button" is not referenced in their illustration under "Component Description" - it is the "button" to the right of #3, "Indicator Light," the "Indicator Light" (#3 in illustration) is actually 3 LED's in a row - side by side. The 1st one on the left indicates that the fan speed is on LOW. The adjacent LED (middle one) indicates the fan speed is at MEDIUM. The last one on the right illuminates when the fan is on HIGH.Doing a "LONG PRESS" (1.5 seconds) of the "Spray Button" will turn on the lights that attached to the fan blade hub. The "7 COLOR-CYCLE LIGHTS" nightlight function just slowly fades from one to the other. A second Long Press turns off the lights. Supposedly, "you can fix the color you like" - the instructions were unclear as to how to do that and I didn't feel it worth my time to explore the possibilities.!#2 on the illustration is the "Rotary Switch" (something must have been lost in translation). It is a Push Button Switch … press it once to turn fan on LOW ("1st Gear"), press again for MEDIUM Speed ("2nd Gear"), and again for HIGH ("3rd Gear"). A 4th press turns the Fan OFF. That is all straight forward enough. The unlabeled button in the illustration, to the right of the "Indicator Light" is the "Spray" activation mechanism (aka button). Where, if I understand it correctly, a "Short Press" will activate the cooling mist/spray that changes the unit from an overpriced fan to a poorly functioning "Air Conditioner Fan" for 6 hours or the water reservoir runs dry. A second short press to turn "Spray" off. An indicator light for the fact that the Spray function would be, in MY opinion, of greater value than a visual indicator for fan speed/ "gear" - since the speed difference is easily discernible by ear.My findings:Ambient Temperature: 72.6° TEMP. Air Speed. SoundFan Speed 1: 72.6° 157.4 ft/min. 63dBFan Speed 2: 72.6° 275.6 ft/min. 69dBFan Speed 3: 72.6° 492.8 ft/min. 75dB[Would not consider that "whisper quiet"]Air Conditioning Fan : Ambient Temp.: 72.7°F TEMP. Rel.Hum.Fan Speed 1: 72.7° 41.3% RHFan Speed 2: 72.6° 41.3% RHFan Speed 3: 71.8° 41.3% RHAdditional Testing:Turned off, then fan on Low for 5 minutes - 73.3°Pressed "Spray" button: 73.1° 41.7°RHIn one retest temperature went up from 75.3° to 76.0° after 5 minutes. Then 75.1° after 10 minutes on high.High fan speed 72.7° 42.5° RHSingle press and wait 5 minutes.72.4° 42.0%RH (RH would be expected to increase).Single press again and wait 5 minutes.72.9° 42.7%RHSingle press yet again and wait 5 minutes. To see if cycling thru Spray/No Spray functions changed readings, but battery died. I should have recharged the unit and checked the non-stop runtime at each speed setting, et cetera, Mbut had to package the unit up for return. Besides, how long the battery held a functional charge didn't matter since (again, IMHO) the Portable AC Fan doesn't significantly or even noticable cool the air. For a more subjective perspective I had two other people try the unit & both said "return it" in very short order. Not sure why the unit has such high ratings - it left me significantly disappointed.I was using the ennoLogic Anemometer (eA980R) for temperature, Relative Humidity (RH) and air speed. I used a Sound Monitor App on my phone for decibel levels & didn't bother with dB weighting scales, etc. All numbers are comparative and not absolute and as such I won't go into specific methodologies, enough to know that the process was consistent in its method and the ambient air conditions were as consistent as reasonably possible during the testing periods.

Does not work well, beware 5-star reviews
Works fine if you just want a weak fan, but the cooling function is not very noticable. Also, the seller offered to buy a 5-star review with a gift card so I would not trust 5-star review for this seller.

Does not produce cold air.
I put ice and water in the reservoir for maximum cool. It was never any cooler than my fan that has no ice. The low and medium fan speed settings are worthless. I had to have it on high in order to feel anything and it was not even a foot away from me. I placed it on my nightstand pointed directly at my face but it was no different than my fan. I have MS and am heat sensitive, I was so hopeful this would be a solution to me always being hot while my husband is not. Waste of money. The only good thing I could say is that the colors are pretty.

Cord melted, got stuck in the machine, smelled like the start of an electrical fire
Within a little over a week of use the cord melted into the unit while it was charging. Smelled like an electrical fire but I caught it in time. The vicinity of the water tank to the fan was concerning every time I used it. There was no protective measures to keep water out of the fan. I reported it for false reviews because I only saw them after I bought the item.

Not worth it
I bought this for my office...it has disappointed me. I am still hot! All 3 settings are exactly the same, lowest setting is the same as the highest setting. The led is just a tiny light and doesnt go around the whole unit as advertised. Disappointed with this purchase

Great product!!!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Perfect size for nightstand or desk. Air is cool and comfortable for those nights when it’s not hot enough to put the regular air conditioner on. My toddler LOVES the changing lights! And so do I… super convenient and well worth the money. I’m very happy I purchased this product and will recommend it to everyone I know! Oh! And it’s super quite!!!!

Don’t waste your time or money!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I wanted a cooler to place on my night stand to keep me comfortable during hot evenings. You had to be within 1 foot to feel any cool ventilation.Don’t waste your time or money. Now, back to searching for one that does the job.Very disappointed!
