I’ve used this everyday since I bought it and yesterday the light won’t come on. It has power to the switch but when u turn it on, the light just flashes and shuts off.*********The box that the USB plugs into has went bad. Put a new one on and now it’s working great again!!!*********

I ordered this light for my shop to help seeing and working on smaller items. It works great, the magnification is awesome on smaller parts and the light give a nice bright white light.A must have for your workshop and I strongly recommend this!

I purchased 9 of these for my jewelry school in April. We just recently set them up on the work benches (July) and half of them don't work. And since I received them over 3 months ago Amazon will not replace or return them. Initially I ordered 1 pc to check it they were functional for our needs. The one we got worked so I ordered 8 more. And not I'm stuck with half of them that are useless. The switch lights up but the light itself does not work. Some of them flicker on then off when you push the button then eventually just stopped flickering and just dont come on at all. The vendor must know the issue with these, as even though they were outside of the normal return/ exchange coverage time frame they sent me 3 replacements. The new ones went up and began doing the same thing... And now some of the ones that do work... wait for it... don't turn off... the little on/off switch does not do anything. Your supposed to be able to dim the light, and change the color of the light as well as turn them on and off but now this does nothing and I have to unplug the light to get it to turn off.. And now just a few months later almost all of them are not working.. I have contacted the vendor multiple times with no response.

What would've been a positive review went to Helen a handbasket. Three months after first use, the lights, or more accurately, the control for the lights, stopped working. I hadn't used it for about ten days, when out of the blue, the light started flashing, erratically. The control for on/off, brightness, and color, did absolutely nothing. I had to unplug it to turn it off. I waited a few minutes, and restored power. The light would flash when I turned it on, but wouldn't stay lit for more than a second. I fiddled with it a bit, and gained nothing. The only redeeming quality is the magnifying glass still works, but I bought it for the illumination.Very dissatisfied. 1/10 would NOT recommend.

UPDATE: Seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement light and it came in 3 days. VERY impressed with the customer service and the quick replacement.Last week I noticed that there was a bright flash of light in my office where this light/magnifier is located. I looked into it more and I noticed that it was flashing at eratic intervals. I unplugged it and let it sit for a few days. Then I plugged it back in with the USB plug adaptor and when I went to turn it on, I get a flash of light and then nothing. I tried again and again and the same result. I am disappointed that this light only lasted 3 months and I will now have to replace it as I need the light around the magnifier.

I loved the light for my workshop and and it performed well. However, after about 6 months it died. I purchased a second one and kept the first in the hopes I could find details on how to repair. This second one has now died after only 3 months! I will continue my search for a way to get just the basic lamp on and forget the fancy functions...UPDATE JULY 2023I have given this product 3 stars instead of the 1 star original rating for 2 reasons:1) The team reached out to me after the review and made multiple offers to refund my money or send a new lamp. I have like the lamp and only use it at the highest white setting so asked if they would just explain the circuit/wiring and I would re-wire if the lamp was functional. I had read other reviews on the switch being problematic and am handy enough to alter the wiring bypassing all fancy functions. They would not but offered to send out a replacement...I kinda turned down but decided to do some testing on my own. I was able to figure out you can cut the fancy switch and wire directly with 5Vdc across the red(+) and black(-) wires (white tied off) and achieve bright white light.2) I re-wired the lamp using Amazon's 'RGBZONE 2Pcs 5.58FT 5V USB Extension Cable with Switch' and now have a perfectly function lamp for my purposes. I revisited the CUMKA offer and took them up on it...they sent out a full new unit and I have given it to my Son. When, and I still fully question the quality of the product, I know I can just re-wire and provide the bright, magnifying function back to him.BOTTOM LINE - The company stood behind their product and if they had helped me with the circuit diagrams of the lamp, I would have upped the rating to a 4...

The light is reasonably bright with good adjustment range from dim to brightest. The color options are good and each of the three colors has its uses.Most impressive for the price is the quality of the lens. There are no obvious flaws and the field of view flat with almost no flaring right to the edges which is pretty good for a 5X (8 dipotoer) magnification with a single lens.It is not exactly what I was hoping but I expected that because I bought it just to see how well it works for me and to help me decide what I really want. I expect this will be very useful for some detail work but for more general use I think I want a bit less magnification and a considerably larger lens.I am not at all disappointed and would buy a version more suited to my needs from this vendor if I find it.

Tardo un mes en llegar y no prende, mi esposo la abrio y lo que esta mal es uno de los botones, al parecer lo soldaron mal y nunca permite que se cierre el circuito para que prenda.

La pagué casi a 30USD y la calidad es baja, me la quedo pero no fue lo que esperaba

los materiales de la lampara esta muy bien, el brazo de la misma muy estable y la lupa muy bien, pero en cuanto a la iluminación es muy baja no ilumina lo suficiente no sirve para trabajar, tienes que usar una lampara extra
