Best fitting and quality of any jeans previously purchased

I've been using Kuhl products for ten years and they are fabulous. I was often told that they suited my shape. I tried these slim-fit trousers and found them a little tight when first put on, but they are starting to fit my shape a little better with each wash and wear.

I find they fit really good, they feel well made and the material feels tough and durable. Bit steep at seventy quid but I would have been happy with that apart from one thing... they have a snap fastener instead of a button. So, I bend down, stretch, climb a ladder, whatever, and the fastener pops open... every few minutes or so which is very frustrating, to the point that when I do wear them I just leave the fastener undone now and wear a belt. And for £70, that's a bit disappointing to say the least. Get a proper button on Kuhl and without doubt you've got five star trousers.

Nice fit and superficially robust fabric, but after light every day wear the reinforcement round the pockets frayed. The pocket itself went to holes.The major issue is the seam at the knees which is a design feature intended to flex the pants at the knee , is in fact a point of weakness . Both sides on mine have worn through to holes which I have tried to darn , see the pictures. Given that these are supposed to be extra robust out door clothes and I have only subjected them to light domestic use I find them very disappointing .

Those cold weather nights not too long ago. My son was happy and warm.
