So, bought this last summer as an outdoor shower for glamping - worked very well, plenty of hot water etc, except if there were strong winds (to be expected!)Anyway, took it down and drained it for the winter as instructed, stored in a shed. When we came to reuse it a few weeks ago it was just leaking everywhere- we can only assume there was some residual water left within, or perhaps condensation, and we are assuming the -13 temps we dropped to this winter caused the damage!Anyway, I contacted the sellers to see if we could get spare parts to fix the problem, or else we would have to buy a new one. They were beyond brilliant! After opening it up to send them a video (now we could really see where the damage was, and I knew then it was irreparable!) they came straight back to me offering a full refund as they didn't have any in stock to replace it with. Well, I certainly wasn't expecting that and was resigned to spending another £250+! Money was back in the account within 24 hours.So, good product, but extreme weather caused damage, and the company gave a refund some 8 months after purchase.

We use this to shower for our 4 labradors outside. They love having a hot shower and it makes bathing the dogs much easier and we can do it outside.Brilliant shower, you can choose the temp, our dogs like 36c.Connects straight to our outside hose with standard hose connector.

Very easy to set up and use. I set it up in a field I use for dog walking and at times need to rinse dogs off. This has turned out to be better than what I expected.

The media could not be loaded.  Give it gas, water, and two D cell batteries and you'll have hot water in seconds. Comes with a propane regulator. The battery compartment could be better designed, I snapped a clip on first use.

Except for the poor battery compartment (where the switch js labelled wrong) this is really good.Gets hot quick.It does come with Gas hose and regulator and you Must use PROPANE not Butane as it will not stay hot long enough.It comes with 3 way shower head and hose with Start/Stop button built in.As soon as you activate this button then the gas will be used and then imm stop when shower head button is pressed again.It comes with blue and red hose fittings to connect your shower head and water intake to.You do need to purchase 2x D type batteriesI could have probably got away with using the smaller version but at least I know have bought a larger powerful heater
