Looks nice and natural in the picture, unfortunately this isn't the case for the actual product, the tubes are covered in a thick bright green fuzz, however if you get a rough cloth and give the pipes a good rub then the green stuff comes off fairly easily (hopefully you don't have fish that like eating greenery) and you can give it a more natural look with few bare\thinner areas. To give an idea of the size, a Neon Tetra could comfortably swim through or hide inside.

Having got these pipes from a pet shop without the artificial moss, I was rather disappointed at the cheap look of them and how small they are. I'm going to see what my shrimp think of them as only one shrimp can fit into each tube.I ordered two more shrimp pipes. When they arrived the box said Large, they were too large. Soaked them before putting them in my tanks so didn't notice until I took them out that these new ones are not three separate pipes, just one big one to look like three. The photos show that you can see right through them indicating what I mean. Luckily I kept the previous pipes from this supplier but will now look elsewhere for the pipes that indicate that they are three separate pipes.

I bought these for my fish to hide in and they are pretty small but my fish just did not seem to get the idea that they went in them, the covering on top is a little moss like but my larger fish started pulling it all off leaving the plastic showing lol, so in the end had to take them out as no use anyway, no idea why they would not go in but just not for me could work for others though.

too small for fish to swim in. thought they were wider. ok though put plants through and placed it upwards. stops fish pulling them out so this is my second order

Was disappointed with the size....very small. The tetras love hiding in it. Not big enough for fish bigger than a tetras so we could not use in the tank of gouramis which is what we intended it for.
