As far as I know, you can't turn it off, as it's an indicator that the headphones are powered on, low on charge, or charging.

The charger is a USB-C to USB-A charger, with the USB-C plugging into the headphones, although I just use my phone's USB-C to USB-C charger to minimize the number of wires in my room, which works just as well for me!
