No instructions or cleaning brush included. Listing says there are.

Not much information before purchasing
Not much information or clear instructions about this product. For this to make any difference there should be spaces in between teeth for the teeth to align

Which way is up?
Instructions are not very clear and can only be found on amazon. I'm confused as to which way is up as its not shown on the box or the site.The tongue tab goes up but not sure which is the tongue tab as its not shown on any diagram.

Are not working
I have been using these now for approximately 4-5 weeks and they are easy to use and I feel that they are comfortable, however there is no difference in my teeth. No straightening at all. The only thing they have helped with is my snoring so I suppose there is a plus side. Not worth buying if you want to straighten your teeth.

Very useful
There are 3 sets in the package but I can't tell exactly which stage to use whichAfter using it I think it can be used as many times as I like without any effectWorth buying!!!

Instructions not clear
Instructions are way too unclear 👎👎 Also delivery was never attempted and I had to go to collect my parcel which was almost 2 hours journey

Load of rubbish. No directions for use

Do not fit
This product would not hold on my top teeth properly they just kept falling off. Was a snug fit on bottom team however they aren't the issue. Really uncomfortable in your mouth very bulky. Would not recommend
