What’s the difference between this product and the Ovasital ? I’m

Is this soy free and non gmo?

Ingredients read: Organic milk, organic peanut butter, organic cooked egg white. Contains peanuts, eggs, milk. There is no mention of soy free & non gmo free so I am not sure. I’m sure you can email the company directly from their website not amazon and get your answer.

Can you crush the prenatal pill?

You can crush the white one, but not the ones with gel

I am almost 30 by next year can I still take it within the months coming before I turn 30?

There is not an age limit on these vitamins. They are for women trying to conceive a baby.
