What is the best stencil brush to use with this ?

I just used it directly from the bottle. Writes very nicely and able to make nice clean lines . No other brushes needed.

I want to use this on a foam bead mat. I'm confused by some of the comments here. Will this puff up on its own to create raised lines?

Our Tulip Dimensional Paint will stay raised as it dries. You can see a variety of projects on tulipcolor.com. Kind Regards, Tulip Color

Can this black paint be used on a light green nylon ratchet tie down?, it also needs too be waterproof. Thanks for the help

Yes, you can use this. We recommend testing the product on a like-material sample swatch prior to starting your project to ensure the results meet your needs and expectations. If you have any further inquiries, please contact iLoveToCreate at info@ilovetocreate.com or call 1-800-438-6226.

will it be enagh one botle to caver two shirt sleevs or i have to buy two tubes ?

I would guess that you would need 2 tubes. Dont know what size your sleeves are. Suggest you read mfg product details.
