My fat belly has decreased a lot

I purchased these because I was trying to lose weight and thought perhaps a mild supplement would be a good idea to help me jumpstart my weightloss.I immediately disliked the overly large capsule pill. This made them difficult to take. I got over that and took them as directed until they were gone.I lost 5 pounds. But I was also walking and exercising and had cut my caloric intake.I can’t say that these pills did or didn’t help me with weightloss. I noticed that I got jittery if I took them on an empty stomach.If you think they might help, I suppose it wouldn’t hurt. But honestly, I don’t think I’ll buy them again.
