These are brilliant - 5 levels (i have purchased 3 levels of resistance bands in the past) but these are so much better! I love these bands - you can carry them in your gym bag and use when needed!! They come in 5 levels of resistance: Extra lights, light, medium, heavy & extra heavy. I have used these bands in my fitness classes primarily for leg exercises, but they can also be used for upper body work. They are sturdy, have a great thickness and do not roll up/down your leg like the rubber resistance bands do. These were a great price and I would highly recommend using these for sure!

Love these bands nice and comfy, easy to read which strength they are and very handy to have a little bag to keep them. Great value

These bands are of good quality, great colours and very useful for upper and lower body workouts due to the range of resistance. They are wide and fit well without rolling down.. They come in a plastic wallet with a smaller bag to enable a selection to be taken ‘travelling’. Customer service was excellent and they responded very promptly to my request for extra ideas for workouts.

I have had bands in the past that have deteriorated whilst in storage and then snapped while I was using them ..painful :(These are made with quality material that I found to be stretchy enough but had enough resistance to make your muscles work.Having different levels of resistance marked on the bands really helped.A very good buy :)

These fabric resistant bands are brilliant. Unlike rubber resistant bands they don't roll when you place them around your knees. Being sturdy they are very versatile for numerous exercises. Very comfortable to use too. I use them confidently, knowing they won't roll or slip while I'm working out.

I’m really impressed with the Fabric Resistance Bands! They don’t roll down and stay firmly in place during workouts, which makes exercising so much easier. The resistance is strong and the bands feel very durable, even during intense sessions. I also reached out to the seller for an additional exercise guide, and they responded.
