Good fix
Bought these to fix crumbling keypads. Numerous folk say prise out the plastic underneath, but even though I did I realised it was a waste of time. Just dig out old rubber and clean it up wirh a small screwdriver or something. Then use a glue to fix the chrome ring and spot glue the plastic before pressing rubber home. Behind the rubber are some sticking up knobs. I nipped them off eith the tip of a stanley knife.

How to replace Hyundai I20 rubber keypads
Hyundai keys contain a sensor which must not be damaged when exchanging an entire key fob. Simply replacing the worn out element (the rubber button pad) is a safer option. These rubber pads are a perfect straightforward secure fit - When you know how to fit them Sadly the product contains no instructions. YouTube videos are a mixed bunch, some very wide of the mark suggesting glue. The trick is:Tear away the remaining rubber pad.Gently lever the inside "platform" away from the fob. Do this by working your way around the "platform" several times until it unplugs without snapping.Remove (sandpaper) any burrs on the circular legs and test the refit, one by one.Dress the new rubber keypads over the "Platform" ensuring that the entire edge is fully engaged into the rubber lipReinsert the loose metal ring the push the pad/"Platform" assembly back into the fob. You feel and hear each leg "popping" into place. To help you, find a YouTube video that uses the foregoing steps, so you can fully understand all the steps. All that said, the rubber keypads are a perfect after market replacement part. Hyundai don't actually offer this, they want you to spend a fortune on a new dealer coded key! (I did ask them)With instructions with the product, I would have awarded these rubber keypads 5 stars.

No Glue Required (if you use correct method) but very fiddly
It's a shame that the seller doesn't include instructions on how to fit the replacement rubber or at least include a link in the listing to a reliable youtube video, but these do work without glue if you follow the proper method. You need to remove1. the old rubber2. the silver surround, and most importantly3. the plastic insert that surrounds the buttons (the black bit with the 3 holes in). It has 7 tiny plastic pegs that hold it in. Prise of gently and gradually with a pen knife.clean everything up and ensure all bit of rubber are removed from groovesthe new rubber is then placed over the plastic insert.then fit into the silver surroundthen insert the whole thing back into the key fob. Apply firm and even pressure to get the plastic pegs back in place. If you push just on one corner it is likely to pop apart again or a bit of the rubber will pop out of the surround. It took me at least 6 goes but ended up looking like a new key and perfectly flush. Good luck!

Good parts with slightly tricky fitting
A great way to fix up your old/damaged key fob. Just cut off the old rubber keys and clean out the area they were in, keeping the frame. You may need to cut off some sprue from the moulding; there were little "posts" that needed cutting off the back before the keypad would engage properly and sit flat
