Nice Pants and Decent Fit
I ordered two pairs of these pants; one in dark pebble, the other in gray. Both colors I received are the same as shown on the picture. The fit is about the same as the regular D1 Slim Fit Signature Khaki's. However, the fabric composition on these is 98% cotton and 2% spandex, so the fabric stretches some to accommodate movement of the body. The fit in the seat and thigh is slim, so they fit me quite well w/o being too tight. However, if you are average or larger build, these may be too slim for you. Therefore, you may need to purchase a looser D2 fit (available on Amazon). These are suitable to wear in both business and casual setting. The waist measurement on both pairs is about 29 inches, 1 inch greater than stated on the tag. I suppose this allows for shrinkage. However, the length is about 1/2 inch shorter than stated on the tag. I find this the case on all Docker pants they make now. So if you are between length sizes, definitely go with the longer length. The belt loops are quite long (about 2"), so they accommodate just about any size belt. I prefer a narrower belt, since I wear them as business dress. The quality of the fabric and construction of these pants is very good. I plan to purchase a couple more of these in different colors.

Buy the Tweed! (Bradshaw Oxford/Storm Heather) Very flattering and look more expensive than you pay!
I love these slacks... I bought 30x30 in Bradshaw Oxford/Storm Heather and couldn't be happier. The fit is excellent and very flattering (see picture). They definitely look more expensive than I paid!I wash before first wearing and I've worn them twice. No issues with wrinkling as long as you take them out of the dryer promptly and hang them up. The Bradshaw Oxford/Storm Heather fabric is acceptable right out of the dryer or, if you need a more professional appearance, an iron would make a nice crease. After three washes, no signs of pilling or other issues. The Bradshaw Oxford/Storm Heather fabric is a kind of "Tweed-ish" weave that is predominately shades of grey. On the Amazon site, you CAN'T SEE the tiny flecks of red. It's a very subtle effect that is only visible up close (like right next to you!). This is a surprising and very pleasant extra. In the picture, I'm wearing a black shirt, but a maroon or deep red shirt would rock these slacks.Other reviewers have stated these are not up to the Dockers quality standard, but that has not been my experience so far.

Complimentary Fit for Slim Guy
I purchased these D1 pants from Amazon in Oregano (Light Green) color. They look much better than what is shown on the picture and they fit me perfectly as they complement my slender body type. I wear these to my desk job and they are quite comfortable. They go well with a dress shirt and dress shoes and they also look nice to wear out.I have ordered these pants in a variety of colors over the past 6 years and wear them to work every day. I don't understand why Dockers is discontinuing these and going to the new stretch version. The corporate geniuses’ need to find something better to occupy themselves with then trying to reinvent a product that isn't broke. The original cotton pants launder and iron much better than the new stretch version pant which tends to wrinkle and requires tedious ironing. I think I will stock up on these and put them away until I can find another brand that makes 100% cotton in slim fit.

Good for around the office, but not for everyone
What people need to understand when purchasing these is that you are specifically purchasing a product is constructed to hug your body a bit more than the average khaki slacks. This is especially true in the thigh area, where if you workout constantly like i do, you may actually feel your movement restricted, or you may fear tearing them. However, for my purposes, use at the office, they have been just fine. The length was perfect, and the slim fit is expected. I really like the 'branch' color these came in, and so far the color has held up to multiple washes, and the permanent crease hasn't faded away. The construction of the pants have held up so far over the past four months, wearing them approximately once or twice weekly. I have noticed stray fibers/strings here and there around the pants, but nothing that has compromised the seams yet.Overall, know what you are buying and why. These are not pants built for heavy work, or work in the outdoors really. These are primarily, in my opinion, pants for the office and pants for going out. They are too restricting in my opinion to be used even when doing heavy chores around the house. Moreover, I wouldn't recommend these pants to those who are intensely into working out. If you get the wrong size, you'll just be uncomfortable. However, the pants look good, haven't fallen apart, and get the job done at the office for me. If the price is right (29.99 when i purchase them), you're of a slimmer build, and need a pair of pants to mix it up at the office, these may be for you.
