Damaged product
The appliance came damaged as there were visible scratch marks on the body of the mixer. After using for a couple of times the knob has got stuck and the appliance has stopped working.Very disappointed with the poor customer experience and damaged appliance

Nice product with good packaging and delivery
Have brought it in May for my mother the quality was good as seeing physically haven't used it much one thing of noticing is it is covered and serviced by Bajaj electricals in india .hope its worth as have used bajaj mixer before and the quality of performance was not up to the markhoping of the best on morphy richards

Inferior quality
Very bad quality. Mixer was generating lot of noise. Morphy feeling was not there in this product..Looks like some old piece was shipped so as to clear stock....
