Wow!
I charged it up and ran my Resmed AirCurve 10 for two nights (humidifier and hose heater off). That was 15 hours of use. After that, it still had two of four bars charge remaining, so now I'm running my laptop off of it, trying to fully drain it. The instructions say it may need to go through four full drain/charge cycles to achieve full capacity, so I'm trying to get those in. But, good grief, the capacity is impressive as is!The unit is light, simple and easy to use. All necessary equipment is included. The initial experience and performance is great! I'll update if anything significant changes, but right now I am thrilled with this choice.

Unwieldy
Very large and heavy. There are smaller, equally long-lasting batteries out there that also have AC outlets. Still...it does what it claims to do.

Used for cpap
I have a Resmed airsense 10 cpap that runs with a pressure of 12. I have done some camping and overnight bicycle rides and decided that sleeping in the great outdoors without a cpap is a bad idea. I thought about buying a used 12 volt cpap machine and getting a smaller battery but decided against it. I shopped around a lot and decided to buy this one. Charging was a snap and took about 3 hours. I was worried about the battery getting warm while charging but it stayed cool the entire time. I have used it twice for a total of 4 nights in the controlled environment of my home. I did not use the humidifier. The first time the battery lasted for two nights for a total of 17 hours. The second time I used it for for two nights and then took a nap awhile later and the battery lasted for 19 total hours. The battery stayed cool while it was being discharged.I have told other people who are looking into cpap machines that they should stay away from the 24 volts. I did not know how much extra time it would take because of the voltage difference, I also blame my insurance company for not giving me options.

So far good experience
I bought this battery to replace the MEDISTROM batteries I got for my RESMED AirSense 10 CPAP machine. I charged it up first, then used it 3 consecutive nights and charged it every morning afterwards. I followed instructions and did NOT have it connected to A/C power during the night (only battery)and in the morning, I disconnected the battery and connected the A/C charger to the battery. It took ~2-1/2 hrs to charge up each morning. The connection sequence must be followed to connect it to the CPAP. Only 3 steps, not hard to understand. I don't doubt I can get at least 2 nights or power form this battery, maybe more. If I have any leakage, the CPAC fan runs stronger and of course it uses more power. I noticed when I adjusted my mask (made it slighter more snug on my face) I had less leakage and the next morning the battery charged up a bit faster. 2 instead of 2-1/2 hours to charge fully, meaning that the less mask leakage I have, the less battery power gets used. I will update this review after I take an out of country trip in November. Until then, I will leave the battery in my CPAP travel case, not being charged. I am disappointed in the MEDISTROM batteries because the instructions said to leave them plugged in along with the A/C power to serve as a backup in case power goes out. Using that method, the batters only lasted 6 months for the prime battery and 4 months for the 2nd battery. They are designed to be used together (piggy-back) to double the service time in use. The problem is that the life gets shortened. The BiXPower battery advises NOT to leave it plugged in to A/C power every night. Don't use it until you need to (on a trip or camping...), but charge it up once every 3 months. So far I am impressed with it. It also came with a whole lot of adapters for other tablets and laptop connections, so many I will never use them all. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well the manufacturer equipped the battery accessories to throw in so many adapters. If this BiXPower battery lasts longer than the MEDISTROM batteries, I will buy another one, maybe two. Now the best part- the 2 MEDISTROM batteries cost about $700 together, and the BiX was only $259. If it performs well, I'll give it a 5th star.

A necessity in case of power outage
At age 87 I use a bi-pap machine for my apnea. Can’t afford to lose ability to sleep all night if power were lost.

Sufficient. Product
Does not last as long as reported for CPAP use. Charger cord doesn't work for the car.Works in a pinch.

Lasted 3 nights
This was bought for my cpap resmed sense 10 machine to go back country camping where we had no electric source all weekend. When used without the dehumidifier this can last multiple nights. It is a little on the large size, longer then my cpap machine is but not to thick.

Battery Backup
I tried it out and got 3 nights with my cpap. Only thing is, it is a bit heavier and larger than more expensive models. Not really a problem, since I want it for power backup at home and for dry camping. Remember to turn off the humidifier feature on the clap to extend battery life.
