I read the reviews about the bad smell and honestly can’t say it’s that bad! It doesn’t linger and it smells like medicine. In order for it to work you have to use it several times but now my dandruff is gone. I can recommend it , be aware of the smell and tbe prepared to wash your hair like 5 times with this but then it works!

The shampoo works, but it's not a permanent solution. I washed my hair every day for 20 days straight with this shampoo and the dandruff disappeared, but when I reduced the frequency to three times a week, the dandruff came back! In addition, the scent isn't very pleasant; it smells like medicinal herbs. But I suppose it might be useful for a temporary fix.
