I use so many of their products because they work great!

I love how it makes my hair feel and smells so good people stop me and ask me what my perfume is:it's thick and Rich and I have damaged hair yeah this makes my hair silky! I could write about this all day long!!

Can't get it out of the bottle. The first 1/4 of the bottle worked great on my over processed hair. Once the bottle gets down to 3/4 full it is difficult to squeeze or jerk the contents out. Works great but it just won't come out.

This product is okay but because of the thickness, it is very hard to squeeze out of the bottle. If the top was changed to a pump style it would be much easier to use.

I ordered this and thought there was something wrong with the product because it's so thick it will not come out through the pull-up top. I then tried taking the top completely off, but the bottle is a very hard plastic so you can barely squeeze it, and again, the conditioner is so thick, you can barely get it out that way either. I sent it back and they shipped a new bottle to me, but I'm having the same issue. I have to take the top off, and try to squeeze out the conditioner, but you can't control how much finally comes out, so I'm wasting a lot of product. I will not order this again.

The product is great. I’m sensitive to scents and this one is pleasant but light. My hair feels very soft and healthy after use even though I due it often. The price is wonderful for the large bottle and a little goes a long way.My complaint however is about the ergonomics of the bottle. I have never had such a hard time squeezing conditioner from a bottle while full and it hurts my hands so badly that I’ve started removing the entire cap and pouring out because it’s such a painful hassle to squeeze the product through the hole in the cap.

Not my favorite. This bottle would be better if the consistency wasn’t so thick. You will have to take the top off and squeeze hard to get anything out. The yellow color of the conditioner is a little off putting. Looks like you are conditioning your hair with velveeta cheese. I don’t feel that it hydrates my hair any better than any other brand.

Not a nice smell so I stopped using it

As previous reviews have said it’s quite hard to squeeze the conditioner out of the bottle but the product is actually lovely, left hair feeling soft and smelling lovely

Smells lovely, leaves hair feeling soft. It is super super thick, so I would recommend purchasing a pump, saying that a little goes a long way, I use a little more than a marble/grape sized blob and my hair is long, half way down my back and I only apply to lengths, last 2/3 of my hair. There are 2 of us using this once a week and bought this bottle 10th October and still got a good amount left. If your hair is super thick or longer then you may want to use a bit more but obviously won’t last as long.
