No instructions…to be fair I’m a guy and probably wouldn’t have used them anyways. I’m always standoffish about ordering non-Harley parts for a Harley. However these are nice, fit exactly how they should, and we’re pretty easy to install.

Absolutely no instructions included, not even a reference picture. Box of nicely wrapped parts and a ton of seemingly random screws. Fortunately, most of the screws needed were left half-screwed in the part themselves where they are supposed to be used. I'm guessing the rest that were loose in the box are just spares.As a novice DIY mechanic who has never owned a bike with saddle bags before or ever paid attention to how they work on other bikes, it took about 2hrs to figure out. And then another couple of hours to take off the first one and reinstall it after I realized I had put it on wrong 🤣. The locks are nearly useless. They will keep the latch closed but they're not keeping out people by any means. A good swift yank and they will pop right open.But they do look nice when closed and they do function once installed, so... get what ya pay for I suppose.

Every piece was in the original package, quality of the material surpassed what I had hoped for in an Amazon product. 5 stars because it was more than what I expected and looks great!

Would have been nice to have instructions. I also had to go to the hardware store to get proper screws to make it work. Overall nice set though.

One of the new latches I received was broken. It was missing the bar that connects the lid to the latch (not the threaded bar). Other than that the kit is very nice, all screws have the same size/type head which makes assembly very easy and they include a screwdriver to fit.

All the bolts are metric. You’ll have to replace all your hardware. The latches on the bags themselves are not lined up correctly, so you’ll have to widen the hole on the bag to get all four bolts on.The latches themselves seem pretty heavy duty as are the latch covers. Time will tell how they last.
