It's a nice heavy pan with a useful lid. It's nothing like a non stick pan though and food gets stuck in the grooves. Seems the idea is that you can use metal spatulas on it. Cheaper and better to buy a good non stick pan and a silicone scraper.

Great pan. Glass top has a wonderful cool handle. The pan is heavy and solid. Seems to be excellent quality.

I love this pan, in fact I love all the products I have from this brand. It has never burned ever, it cooks evenly and it you read the directions Circulon tells you how best to use the pan. This is a wonderful addition to my kitchen, and I will continue to add more to my Circulon collection. It is worth every penny I paid for it. Thank you, Circulon.

I didn't need another pan but I wanted a Hexaclad like pan. This pan is excellent, for the money it is a phenomenal buy.

This is an extremely well engineered product. My only advice is to warm it a bit before introducing food, and try using a much lower heat than you would expect.

We were hoping it would be as non stick as the HexClad pans we've seen demonstrated in Costco and it’s not. It’s also very heavy. All in all it cleaned fairly easily, and seems to be heavy duty and well made, but we wanted to be able to make eggs and have it basically rinse out and it definitely isn't capable of that.
