Fun Workout: Boost Your Mood and Get Moving
I bought this a few months ago and have really enjoyed the workouts. I am a huge country music fan so I have been a lot more likely to actually get up and do the workout because they are fun and I love the music and the dance moves. Autumn makes this workout work for anyone on any level, you can go as hard or as easy as you want it is not intimidating, my mom tried it with me a few times and also really enjoyed it even though she's not a country fan. Autumn goes over every move and it is very easy to follow and just a fun way to get up and get yourself moving. The workouts are not very long, typically around a half hour so they work in my busy schedule I never really bothered to watch the move breakdowns since she goes over every move during the workout as well but if you're super nervous about getting the moves down definitely check them out. I would highly recommend this to anyone especially if you're trying to start something new for your personal fitness or if you just want to add something in to your already established fitness routine this would work great for you. Honestly, I haven't used the portion control products as much because I have been doing my own clean eating cleanse on top of the workouts but I think I will definitely try them out once my clean eating cleanse is over to keep watching my portions and nutrition plus some of the recipes look delicious. Now the big question: weight loss, yes I have lost some significant weight but I cannot credit that just to Country Heat although it has certainly contributed. My advice, make sure you are working on your diet on top of the workout, I also do weight training and running but the combination has worked great for me I'm down almost 30lbs.

It was SO MUCH FUN! I have heard others say that they were ...
I am basing my review on the first workout. It was SO MUCH FUN! I have heard others say that they were disappointed that it wasn't put together like Cize. I wasn't disappointed at all... it is still dancing.... I can use those moves and dance it up at a country bar some day soon :) I am doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and am on the last week of month 2. Her cardio workouts are boring me...since you do the same cardio workout all month... I switched it up today and did Country Heat instead of JM cardio. It gave me a chance to heal - I was so sore (JM workouts are tough) and was so much fun. It didn't feel like working out. I did sweat...my heart rate was at about 65% of max.. so not a major workout...but I will be 44 this month... I want a program that is fun and that I will do for decades...and... I love to dance. It is a nice "mix in" with my normal routine to get a workout... while letting my body repair and rest a bit....from my "kick your butt" Jillian Michaels or P90x workouts. As I type this, my 8 year old daughter is doing the video... she thinks it is fun :) Its great for all ages. I am thinking about getting it for my 77 year old dad who is fit and loves to dance.

I enjoy the music and love beach body dance programs. This workout would be great for a beginner but is way to easy for me. It's not even really a workout for me (I burn more calories doing a quick clean of the house). I would only recommend this to people who are extremely out of shape. They may get a workout.Positively, the moves are very easy to follow.

Fun dvd!!
Love the dvd!! The shaker bottle isnt the best (reason for 4 stars) I get some chunks but if I keep shaking it gets better so think of it as an arm workout. Havnt used the portion cups yet since I'm nursing I cant cut calories but the dvd is awesome. I dont do it every day and still lost 3 pounds along with healthier eating

Fun way to get exercise...
I never thought I'd look forward to exercise time! This one is fun and feels more like dancing and having a good time than exercise. The only thing I would say to someone looking to purchase, is that you need to take the time (about 20 minutes or so) to watch the breakdown moves before starting a new routine. It'll definitely help. The "routines" are 30 minute workouts but it does add a little more time when you have to watch the breakdown first. That's not a complaint, just a matter of time management on the days you learn a new routine.I didn't really think I would follow the food plan when I ordered this but when I read it through, it was so easy to follow I figured why not. Now I'm even loving that! I needed a realistic mindset on serving sizes and this is perfect.I'm not a huge fan of Beachbody because they product push a lot but I think this product is definitely worth all the hype.

I love the workout dvd's
I love the workout dvd's. They are very easy to follow and learn the steps even after only doing the first dance only once. It makes you want to keep dancing and having fun with the country music. I only ordered it for the dvd's and was not interested in the containers. Not something that I can stick to using. It will definitely open your eyes to the right portions of the foods that you should be eating. I realized that I wasn't eating enough protein or veggies. I used the containers only once. It does take a lot of prepping of your food for each meal. You must be motivated to use this system. Try it for a week and see how it goes.

Can't do it!
The only reason I gave this a bad rating was because if you have any type of disability, this is not for you. I have two bad knees & thought just because it was dancing it would be easy for me but there are way too many steps & just too fast for me to keep up. I wish I could return it. I'll stick to my Leslie Sansone walked workouts. Much easier!
