Great product, don't know how I was putting together miniatures without it. The light is perfect for my poorly light room and the magnification is perfect for putting together my Leagues of Votann army. Highly recommend.

My regular magnifying lamp has longer arms, a slightly larger lens, and is MUCH more expensive than this product. Unfortunately, my regular lamp quit working and is being repaired. I bought this lamp as a temporary low-cost substitute. But it turns-out to be excellent. The arms and springs are lightweight and look to be rather fragile. But they are very good at holding the lens and the lights in whatever position I select. The light itself is nice and bright and I'm very pleased by the normal color setting. The lens is glass, and is very clear. In short, this product is a great value for the price. I'm really happy with it.

I really love this thing, it's bright, plenty of magnification, sturdy, and easy to control! The only gripe I have is that you cannot shut it completely off. When you shut it off on the switch, it does get very dim, but regardless, it's still on. Not a deal breaker though, I just unplug it. For some it might be a real pain, but I believe I could live with it.I still highly recommend it!

A magnifying lamp has been on my wish list for some time. Ended up buying this lamp to assist in replacing the battery in my wife's watch. Being a smaller watch with very a tiny screw holding a spring plate on the battery would require an extended period of time using some type of magnification. Using a hand held jeweler's loupe was not going to be practical, since I needed both hands to work and wearing magnifying glasses for too long gives me a headache. I also figured using a lamp would give enough clearance for handling tools underneath it.The lamp exceeding my expectations. The range of motion and adjustability is good. The amount of light and varying shades are more than sufficient for most projects. I was concerned about peoples reviews of low light and heat, but neither was an issue for me. The clarity of the glass was great. As with any magnifying glass, you need to find that sweet spot that keeps it in focus.There was enough space underneath to use my tools and keep the glass in focus. I accidently unscrewed the battery holding plate too much causing it fly up in the air. Thankfully, since I was using a lamp, it hit the glass and then stayed in the area nearby. If I was using some other type of magnifying glass such as glasses or a loupe, I would have likely lost the screw and/or holding plate.My only gripe is that the length of the electrical cord could be longer. It is easily remedied to use an extension cord or ad additional USB cable, so that is not big issue for me.Overall, I would recommend this lamp.The

This magnifying lamp has been the answer to a prayer. I have it mounted near the chair I sit in to do needlework. It is sturdy and not easily jostled. It has several illumination levels and can be easily maneuvered to magnify all parts of my projects. I am visually impaired and this lamp has allowed me to continue to enjoy my love of needlework.

This is the second one of these I've bought in the last two years and both have stopped working. I really liked the magnifying light, but since both stopped working, Im going to find something new.

This is a great lighted MagnifyGlass. Nice wide field of view, multiple light levels as well as three light hues. 5x magnification with NO distortion. The base is sturdy while allowing for good rotation. It doesn’t produce a lot of heat, even on its highest brightness. The adjustable clamp is furniture friendly. I definitely would recommend this product.

Product worked well for about a year, then came on only with difficulty for another 6 months. (Flickering, multiple attempts to turn on)Now the light no longer works. Lesson learned. Lancosc is a Chinese company that rips off others designs & makes cheap knock offs. Firefox won't even let me go to the Lancosc website due to security risks. Stay away from this product & manufacturer.
