Probably the best airbed I've used, aside from Sleep Number.
Overall, a great quality bed. THe material is thick and the seams appear very solidly built. First inflation was smooth and really surprisingly quick. The little pump has a hell of a whine, but it definitely does its job."tear-down" was quick. The pump reverses and sucks the air out, so just be sure its lowering flat and your'e good. It got 99% out on its own, shut down the pump, fold and roll it up on itself to squeeze the remainder to the pump, and one last run and it took it all out. Fit right back in the supplied storage bag to my surprise!Sleeping comfort was good. Had two adults on it, and it was surprisingly stable. The top is kinda plush, almost velvet-like, so you don't slide around. Moving and rolling around a bit didn't seem to bother the other person like you'd expect. Its not "jumping with a wine glass" smooth, but it wasn't bad. Getting out of it wasn't the easiest being low to the ground, but its fairly tall, and wasn't too hard to just stand up.Very glad I purchased this, and I think it'll be around for a while.

Don't Buy This - Leaks Air
I purchased this based on all of the great reviews so I didn't test it out prior to Thanksgiving after my return window closed. Honestly the bed felt fine the first night. The second night it lost almost half its air by morning. I thought I did something so I deflated and started again. It continued to leak air. I looked for a tear or small hole and couldn't find anything. My guess is the seams weren't properly sealed. Im not sure what else it could be. I had to purchase a different brand from Walmart. I wish I would have done that first. The Walmart air mattress is awesome! It's been slept on every night for a week straight and hasn't had to be inflated since.

Worked very well
The mattress was easy to operate and appeared to be well-made. It inflated nicely in a few minutes, and did not need refilling during our guest's two-night stay. The deflate setting on the internal pump also worked well, and the provided storage bag was easy to use and the resulting package was satisfyingly compact. My only small concerns were that queen fitted sheets were a bit loose, and that when the mattress was filled to my guest's desired stiffness (which seemed fairly stiff), the mattresses top surface moved around horizontally a bit when one moved around on it (much more than a real mattress). I think that this is probably inevitable for such a tall air mattress. In spite of this, my guest found quite comfortable, and was happy (so I am happy too!).

Worth the upgrade!
This air mattress has been beyond my expectations. My significant other and I use an air mattress once a week when staying with her parents. We used to have a little 8" tall "cheapie" that worked well enough for us that we didn't see the need to replace it. Cost us $25 and came with a battery powered pump. Well, a few weeks ago the old one sprung a leak and we woke up, sunken down to the floor, at 3am. Decided it was time for an upgrade. We saw this one and the good reviews. Price was right and saved us almost a third from brick and mortar places around here for similar offerings. A bit worried that the smaller width than other mattresses would be an issue, but for the cost/feature ratio we decided to order this one.Boy, I'm glad we did. This is a hundred times better than the cheap ones and only twice the cost. The built in pump is loud, but who cares... It fills the bed up to a firm state in around 2 minutes. The amount of air and pressure it builds so quickly is kind of impressive considering the cost! Firm enough to sit on the edge and not sink down more than an inch or two. Really nice to be higher off the floor, 18" is plenty in my opinion. The one we got doesn't soften up much at all over time (beyond the initial stretching!). I'm not sure why stars are getting taken off by other reviewers for needing to turn the pump on for a few seconds once a day. I've never had an air mattress that doesn't require a daily top off. I turn the pump on for maybe 5-6 seconds and the bed is back to 100% firm.Bed goes back into the included bag, but you've got to be diligent in getting all the air out first. I've had practice in the past, so it hasn't been an issue. The size, features, and price simply cannot be beat for the pricetag, and I've already recommended this to friends who are planning on getting new camping gear for this summer. (I use a battery box and power inverter in my tent to be able to charge phones and laptops, so using the pump in this thing won't be a problem. Many cars have 110v inverters built in now, so bring a cheap extension cord and this can be used in any environment.)If you're looking for a quality product at a great price, look no further!

mattress - meh; vendor - boo!
Electric pump worked well and inflated the mattress quickly. Surprisingly comfortable for the first 30 minutes. However, the mattress slowly deflated over night and lost about a third of its volume until is was like an old-timey waterbed in the morning. After the third night we decided it needed to go, despite the good price. The return window was passed by the time the mattress was used for the first time, so I emailed the vendor - no response. Amazon customer service stepped in and provided a postage-paid return label for me.

This seemed to be a comfortable product when tried after inflation However
This seemed to be a comfortable product when tried after inflation However, the air matress lost some of its air after bing inflated several hours. An 18 inch high matress was not high enough of the floor for me. I paid $20.00 for for this product than what the present listed price.
