Used it for a PSYC 1101 class and was super boring and had some interesting parts. Find the free PDF online and don’t waste your money.

I rented this book for a class and also bought the audiobook version so I could listen while running errands and driving. If you're a student, having the additional option to get a textbook in audio is invaluable and I recommend it. Keep in mind that you can write off the cost of textbooks on your taxes, so save those receipts!I enjoyed the way it was structured, the directness and how the author was able to explain complex things in a straightforward way. The book itself was rented, so it was clearly used before but was in overall good condition. This is one textbook that I might consider buying just to use as a reference. It has valuable references and resources, the student preface with tips for time management and study skills is really helpful for those of us who are adult students or who weren't previously taught strong study habits.

I had rented this book for my PSYCH 101 class and it came to me safe and sound. Although, the book I received was falling apart and held on by a thread. I was afraid to open it because I was worried it was going to fall apart. But I was able to use it for a bit, just very carefully and it got me through my first semester of university.

The media could not be loaded.  The book was exactly as described.At first I was reluctant to buy get the rental option by seeing all the reviews but then I decided to just risk it.I need to admit it the risk paid of.The book is in pretty good condition.I would advice you to take it as well.It is a cheap and reliable option.I only rent books which I know I would not keep.The books that I keep and spend a lot of time are the ones that I buy.This is for only one semester so I am happy with it.

Pretty good book for intro to psych. It has a lot of information in it and can take a long time to thoroughly read but I feel that it is worth it. It has some interesting parts in in and a lot of comics and other things in the margins that keep the topic interesting. It is in pretty good condition with minimal rips and tears.There is no writing inside of it and it came in a timely manner. I used this book for PSY 100

I bought this used in "very good" condition and item is as described! It arrived quickly and more importantly saved me a ton of money ($170+) had I bought it new. Thank you!

I rented the book. The book i got was in a bad condition lol but it got the job done. This was probably the worst looking rental and regular book i have had. Luckily the bad condition is mainly on the cover... I have also found many different kinds of hairs located in different parts of the book, There was a great variety of long, short, curly hair.

I rented the book I wasn’t expected a good condition one but I just hope that no page is missing. This is how it looks. It looks like is being used a lot. No access code for sure. Before I rented I made sure that I didn’t need a access code with my professor. Hope that helps.
