Grohe three way control
Purchase on Amazan since local grohe dealer do not bring in three way control. At first i was hesitant to buy from Amazon wondering would the product would be okay. But my fear was unfounded and ordered. Because i knew if any thing wrong i can always return, as Amazon is not like other online. Its true. I got it although i paid little more. Very happy. Lical plumber did the installation works wonderful

Worth the money

Wrong Parts packed. How can I get help? Urgent
My plumber is not able to install the thermostat dial because the grey part given is too short. According to plumber, I need the longer one and the part given is short. Apparently, I need part C. This item is not cheap on its own and it is purchased with the Smartbox. Please help me resolve and send me the right part.I don't want to give you a low rating really cause you have not denied me assistance yet. But I need to give some rating to get this message to you.
