I was concerned this would not effectively renew my 6-person (Family) license into a 1-person (Individual) license, but I decided to try it anyway because the price was 40% of the 6-peson renewal and I only needed 1 license. It worked wonderfully well at renewing. It gave me a choice of 9 more months as a 6-person license or the intended 12 months as a 1-person, and I chose the latter. It was all done in a matter of minutes. Very happy with the effectiveness and low cost for my needs.
