I LOVE this little teapot! My daughter bought it for me about 6 years ago and it's still going! I just bought one for my granddaughter to use in her dorm room. I've used it every day at least 2-3 times a day to make cups of tea without fail. It holds about 5 regular cups of water or 2 large mugs. It's very easy to use. I love that it has a "keep warm" button. It reaches a boil of 200 degrees in about 2-3 mins depending on how full it is. You can also set whatever temp you want it to reach. The size is small enough to just leave out on the counter and looks classy and contemporary. The quality is excellent. It's sturdy but light weight. It functions so well, I've even taken it on vacations because it works better than anything found in a hotel room. If you need boiling water quickly, this little guy is your pick!

I almost returned this kettle. I would have regretted it. This was one of the best purchases I’ve made. I have it for a while now. My water boil in 5 mins or less especially when I’m running late. My life savor.

Best kettle I have ever had and it has near perfect laminar flow, which is just what i needed, while it doesn't look the part I do still use it for raw tea and morning tea ceremonies without much issue. It's definitely worth every penny. And performs perfectly. It's also of a great size as I can go through all 12-15 steeps of tea in 1 go. The only issue is with the difficulty of use at times. The kettle doesn't like to hold the temp even after I set it to for ling and will increase and decrease to drastically for the purpose I bought it so I have to do it slowly and reheat/reboot the hotplate often. It also has an elegant look to it in person despite what it looks like online, though that may also only be the case because of me being a larger male so the whole handle fits in my hand for perspective.

This kettle was ordered to replace an aging Bonavita kettle that was getting a bit wonky. This Jocuu kettle is an interesting little thing: 1. The controls are a bit unusual but work well. It feels a bit foreign but everything works. 2. The LED is bright -- maybe too bright. 3. The beep functionality is welcome and not annoying (described in the manual as a 'bi bi' sound) 4. When you actually pick up and pour, the kettle feels well balanced and the handle is pleasant to use, and you forget all the interesting quirks and enjoy the experience of this nice little kettle. Overall a great kettle, nice to use, and a great value. If you give it a chance, it may win you over.

Bought this for my wife who has a tea addiction. She loves it. It heats up quick, is easily adjusted for temperature and stays hot for two hours. Unfortunately for her, I bought a pour over coffee set and now she has to share.

Pours nicely and worked fine for about 2 1/2 years. Now its electronics seem to have problems. It turns off randomly and the temperature never reaches above 90 degrees.

I bought this because I though the Fellow ones were overpriced but now it has a hard time keeping temperature and tends to be moody which is very annoying. It worked well for a year but it's pretty disappointing now. Jocuu reached out to me and replaced the item free of charge

Nothing to dislike. I got the 1200W version, but it heats the water so quickly (much faster than on my stovetop) that I wonder if I couldn't have saved a few bucks and gotten the 1000W version, but I don't really think that matters much. What does matter is the high build quality and ease of use. I got this kettle for my office so I wouldn't need to go downstairs and wait for water to boil on the stove before I could make tea. Being able to heat the water much faster is an unexpected bonus. Also, I used a thermometer to measure the water temp after this kettle heated it to 190 degrees F. It was spot-on accurate, which is important for different kinds of tea.
