An excellent product, which I have used many times over the years to remove hard water stains. I have used it on the stainless steel kitchen sink/drainer and on porcelain bathroom sink and inside of toilet bowl. I always clean and dry the whole area first, dab on the gel and leave it to work on the limescale for about 5 minutes, then wipe and rinse over with cold water. If the limescale been allowed to build up over several years, the process above will need to be repeated to work through the layers. Once the limescale is removed, keep on top of it with the spray version.

My goodness! I wish I had taken a “before” photo!! My kitchen mixer tap has had a slow leak for years and had built up a major limescale encrustation round the bottom joint. Because the tap still actually works, it’s been neglected and at the bottom of my husband’s to do list (i.e. he was never going to get round to replacing the tap.) I was fed up with how unsightly it looked and tried removing the thick crust of limescale myself, but couldn’t find anything that worked. Eventually I did an Amazon search for “kitchen tap limescale remover” and this product popped up at the top of the list! I ordered it, it came last night so I set to. It WORKS!! Forty minutes later, following the instructions to the letter, after repeated applications and a fair bit of elbow grease, the limescale has gone!! (There’s actually a little bit left round the back that I couldn’t quite reach, but that’s a job for today - I’m sure I’ll get rid of that soon! ) The leak is still there, it’s a slow ooze, so I”ll keep on top of any sign of limescale now. This product works well on and around taps. It’s thick and doesn’t slide off. Very effective and easy to apply. Be aware of the fumes. They are very strong. Good value for money.

I dread to think how much I've spent on limescale remover and every penny wasted...UNTIL I BOUGHT THIS!!! Had a limescale mark in my bath for as long as I can remember cos my lazy ass kids never dry the bath after using it. You name it, I tried it, NOTHING WORKED!! I wish I took a before pic, but as I was expecting yet another epic fail I didn't bother 🤦‍♀️ done two coats of it and the limescale is GONE!!! No damage to the actual bath at all, this stuff is in a league of it's own. 100% recommend this stuff. Words actually fail me, and believe me, it doesn't happen often, my husband can vouch for that 🤣 Just buy it...YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!! Jane 🥰

Excellent. I was very sceptical whether this would be able to tackle the job i had to do, and it exceeded my expectations. I used this in a bathroom that hadn't been cleaned for years, and the limescale build up around the sink, taps and shower screen was horrendous. I used a couple of applications, and a brush, and it removed it with very little effort. I would recommend marigolds and eye protection.

I didn't think I'd ever get rid of the limescale on my shower glass where the rubber bit runs underneath it to stop the water running out. Amazing product.
